When Arrby had approached the hidden jungle meerkats, he was wearing a meerkat costume and he stood and walked on his hind legs while speaking meerkat. This could make Arrby the next pup to walk on his/her's hind legs.

Also, Tracker stood on his hind legs when he talked to the meerkats.
