When Alex, Julia and Julius are playing in the treehouse when a strong gust of wind blew the treehouse away and into the bay so it's up to Ryder and Pups to get the treehouse back to shore before it goes out to sea.

While Alex was having a day out with Ryder and Pups one of his Mini Patrol Friends found another piece of the meteor and they changed into super heroes so Alex has to team up with the mighty pups to stop the Mighty Mini-Patrol before they cause trouble in Adventure Bay.
