I was re-looking at a Mighty Pups vs the Mayor of the Universe on youtube since i liked that episode when i was a bit confused about the junior patrollers power. When they made the copies they came ian the middle of the air when they were standing on the hat. Don't they have to appear near them? Also they had jetpacks when the originals didn't. Maybe i am missing something.
