Synopsis
Jake and Everest are preparing themselves for a beach vacation due to an incoming ice storm/blizzard on Jake's mountain, forcing him to temporarily close the ski run and the lift, when Al appears, honking his horn to let the PAW Patrol know he's on his way to the Truck Stop while also wishing Jake and Everest a good trip. As the PAW Patrol give the two some goodies for their trip, Mayor Humdinger and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew, in their tour bus, overhear their vacation plans and take it as an opportunity to have the whole mountain to themselves.
Once at Jake's Mountain, after Cat Rocky removes the door knob to Jake's home, Humdinger drops off all his packed belongings and readies himself to hit the slopes though, the rest of his kitties, excluding Cat Zuma, want to nap instead. Together, Humdinger and Cat Zuma snowboard down the mountain with Humdinger crashing into a pile of snow, now desiring to be inside the warm chalet again. Hatching what he calls a "great bad idea" to snowboard while being inside the warm chalet, Humdinger places several snowboards underneath the chalet's support columns and uses the tour bus to ram into the side of it, sliding it down the mountain. As it crashes into a tree on its way down, Ms. Marjorie and Maynard, about to return home due to the approaching ice storm, hear Humdinger scream, see the chalet speed down the mountain, and call the PAW Patrol.
As Jake and Everest depart aboard the train, bidding the PAW Patrol farewell, Ryder receives Ms. Marjorie's call. After learning of the situation, he summons the PAW Patrol to the Big Truck HQ where they are suited up in their Big Truck Pups gear and briefed on their mission. He assigns Rubble to use his big truck to dig a path in the snow to guide the chalet away from everything, Skye to get any animals out of the way, and Al to use his icy road trucking expertise to lead the way. With that, the team deploys with Rubble and Skye being the first to slide into their respective big trucks, and set off with Ryder to Jake's mountain.
Once at the mountain, the team sees the chalet speeding towards the ski lift. Rubble disconnects the front part of his big truck and uses its shovel to dig a path around the lift, guiding the sliding chalet away from it. Al chases after it and deploys his truck's big claw to grab it, but he misses as the sliding chalet makes contact with ice, sliding even faster. A bear, in the path of the speeding chalet, jumps onto a tree to get out of the way, but the chalet crashes into said tree, propelling the bear into the air and onto the chair lift. After deploying her truck, Skye uses her jet's harness to airlift the bear safely back down onto the ground.
Meanwhile, Al struggles to retrieve the sliding chalet due to the bumpy, icy road, but with Ryder's encouragement, he pushes through and keeps trying. However, just as Jake's furniture flies out from the house due to the impact of a large bump, Jake calls Ryder, letting him know that he and Everest have just arrived to the beach. He asks him how everything is going, but Robo-Dog alerts Ryder of an upcoming ski jump, so Ryder awkwardly promises to call Jake back before hanging up. After the chalet rides over the ramp and soars through the air, Al, using his big claw to maintain balance and steer, rides over the ice to gain speed, catching up and grabbing the chalet by the roof before it can crash.
With Mayor Humdinger and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew now safely out of the house, the team, thanks to Al's icy road trucking expertise, tow the chalet back up the mountain through the icy, bumpy road, using their big trucks. Once it is back at the top where it belongs, Mayor Humdinger is forced to carry and return all of Jake's furniture back up the mountain while his kitties sleep inside the chalet in front of the fire place. Ryder calls Jake, who notices they are on his mountain, and explains that his home is safe without full context, so Jake gives him an awkward thanks and the group share a laugh.
