"Cat Pack: Skye and Rory Flip It" is the second segment of the 25th episode in Season 8 and a 5-minute animated short of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Skye and Rory rescue a painter hanging from a scaffold.

Synopsis
At the Lookout, Skye teaches Rory how to do an obstacle course she made, which Rory clears. Meanwhile, at the bridge, Cora is about to paint when Mayor Goodway accidentally bumps into a trolley, making it roll right into the scaffold. The scaffold then begins to wobble with Cora dangling from it, so Mayor Goodway calls Ryder for help.
After receiving Mayor Goodway's call, Ryder assigns Rory to pull Cora to safety with her jumping skills while Skye will use her copter to lower Cora to the ground. As Skye and Rory go up the elevator in the Lookout, Rory transforms into her Cat Pack gear, and they speed off.
When they arrive at the bridge, Ryder tells Skye to lower her harness, but her copter makes too much wind, so he has Rory climb up to Cora using her jumping skills instead. However, the scaffold gets too shaky, so Rory uses Skye's harness like a rope to swing over to Cora, pulling her to top of the bridge with a power leap which allows Skye to use her harness to safely lower Cora to the ground. Mayor Goodway then thanks Ryder for helping, and the short ends with everyone sharing a good laugh.
