Cat Rubble is a member of Mayor Humdinger's Kitten Catastrophe Crew, meant to be an imitation of Rubble of the PAW Patrol. He made his debut in "Pups and the Mischievous Kittens".
Bio
Like the rest of the Kitten Catastrophe Crew, Cat Rubble was introduced as the "evil twin" of the PAW Patrol. In PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, he has an ability to speak by the power of the Mighty Meteor crystal, but later, he is reverted to normal when Victoria Vance yanks the crystal away from his collar.
Personality
He's just as mischievous as the rest of the Crew. Like the others, he's often willing to run away whenever things get tough, leaving Mayor Humdinger alone.
Appearance
Cat Rubble doesn't look much like Rubble in terms of fur color, but he does wear the same color uniform. Cat Rubble is a dark ginger color with brown red stripes. He also has a white muzzle and white paws. His breed is an American Bobtail, so he has a short tail.

Equipment and Gadgets
Bulldozer
Like his PAW Patrol counterpart, Cat Rubble has a yellow Bulldozer. Unlike Rubble's rig, Cat Rubble's rig is just a miniature bulldozer with a digger scoop capable of lifting small rocks, no drill arm, crane, or jackhammer attachments. It is kitten sized and resembles a children's toy when compared to Rubble's rig. It features a KCC logo on its left side. It has a key-based ignition switch.
It appeared in "Pups Save Heady Humdinger", where Cat Rubble was using it to remove debris and rocks while the KCC was building a monument for Mayor Humdinger. However Cat Rubble accidentally drives it halfway off the mountain forcing Mayor Goodway who was investigating the commotion caused by their construction to call the PAW Patrol to rescue Cat Rubble and his rig. Fortunately Skye is able to rescue him and the runaway rig slides down the hillside undamaged where Ryder is able to stop it with his foot and turn it off upon realizing how small it is compared to Rubble's rig.
