Personality

She's just as naughty and antagonistic as the rest of the KCC. She has no qualms with abandoning Mayor Humdinger when things are going wrong. However, she did something good and heroic in the episode Air Rescue: Pups Save a Hum-stronaut, when she helped Zuma stop pieces of a satellite's broken solar panels from hitting the Adventure Bay Airport by helping Cat Chase aiming the airplane wash nozzles directly at the 2 pieces so Zuma can activate the car wash to stop them allowing Rocky to pick them up.

Appearance

Cat Skye looks nearly identical to the actual Skye in terms of fur color and spots. She also wears the same uniform as Skye. However, she has brown eyes as opposed to the pinkish-purple eyes of her pup counterpart and a big bushy tail. In Season 11, her eye color was fixed in the new stream pipeline animation style by Paul Brown, making her look more identical to her.
