Charger is one of the main characters in the Rubble & Crew spin-off series, and a member of the Crew. He debuted in the Season 1 episode, "The Crew Builds a Bridge". He made his series debut in the Season 9 episode, "Charger Visits the Pups" in the PAW Patrol series.

Charger is a big energy pup (especially when he gets a case of the zoomies!) who is kind and always eager to help out or dig into a new construction project.

Charger approaches the world with dreamy, wide-eyed wonder. He loves Wheeler’s jokes, and can’t control himself when he bursts out laughing. When Charger gets really excited or happy, his cousins know to “give him some room!”. Charger wags his tail with rapid-fire glee, then bolts around as he gets the zoom-zoom-ZOOMIES!
Personality
Charger is an energetic and funny pup as he always gets the zoomies whenever he was happy or excited. He also attracted to Wheeler's jokes easily as he always laugh at his jokes although they are not the best. He is also a kind pup as he always eager to help his family and the residents of Builder Cove.
Appearance
Charger is a dark gray French Bulldog with green eyes and a pink nose. He has a prosthetic back left red leg. He wears red and dark red construction gear.
In the series, he has the same design, except his ears are thinner and he has hazel eyes.

Pup Tag
Charger's pup tag is the gray PAW Patrol symbol with a black collar, just like the other members of the construction crew. Like in the main series, Charger and the other pups can use their pup tags to contact each other.
Tool Pack
Charger's tool pack contains a drill, a wrench, claws, a brush, a hammer, and a screwdriver.
Vehicle
Charger's vehicle is a crane. He uses it to lift up heavy supplies.
Skills and Abilities
Charger uses his crane to help the crew grab, lift, and move various things such as obstacles, construction supplies, and other things for their construction jobs. When his crane is not needed, he assists the crew with basic construction tasks such as measuring, cutting wood, and hammering nails by using the tools in his tool pack.
