"Charger Visits the Pups" is the first segment of the 26th and final episode in Season 9 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Rubble's cousin, Charger, visits Adventure Bay just in time to help out when a Humdinger-caused geyser destroys Mr. Porter's cafe.

Synopsis
Zuma and Rubble are at the train station to await the arrival of Rubble's cousin Charger. When he arrives, he is very energetic, wanting to meet everyone he can. Mr. Porter invites them to his place later for something to drink.
Meanwhile, in Foggy Bottom, Humdinger is trying to get the Catastrophe Crew to take a bath, but they refuse to do so, even turning off the water main and hiding it from him, but he intends to get them to take a bath somehow.
Back in Adventure Bay, Charger continues his tour of the city, while Humdinger accesses the water main in the tunnels under Adventure Bay, but causes the main to rupture, and threaten all of Adventure Bay, with Mayor Goodway trapped on top of Mr. Porter's restaurant in her wrecked car. Mr. Porter calls Ryder to let him know.
Charger is totally excited to meet the rest of the PAW Patrol, before Ryder gets Mr. Porter's call, and when entering the elevator, Marshall and Charger crash into the rest of the pups, before heading up to get briefed, with Charger standing next to his cousin, and being chosen by Ryder to help in the rescue, which is made an Ultimate Rescue, with Charger and Rubble both going down the slide, loading into Rubble's dozer, and being taken down into the underground maintenance area for Rubble's rig to be upgraded to its Ultimate Construction Rig mode, before the two cousins head out with Ryder to complete their mission.
Upon reaching Mr. Porter's, the cousins get right to work, and with a little help from Chickaletta, they get the Mayor down so Rocky can begin work on fixing her staff car, while upon noticing a ruptured water main in the restaurant, Zuma is called in to investigate, but upon righting the tree that fell into the restaurant, the building collapses. Zuma finds the main and tries to fix it, but the wheel falls off, rendering the valve busted. Thankfully, Mayor Goodway offers her steering wheel to replace it, thus shutting off the main, and soon Alex's treehouse is repaired thanks to Charger and Rubble. Shortly thereafter, thanks to Rubble and Charger's expertise, the restaurant is rebuilt, bigger and better than ever.
As Mr. Porter is amazed by his new restaurant, Humdinger arrives, complaining of no water for his Catastrophe Crew to take a bath with and demands some from Mayor Goodway. However, as Zuma is checking the plumbing, an air pocket in the pipe causes some feedback water to blow Humdinger into the sink when it erupts from a drain on the floor he was standing over. The Catastrophe Crew decide to wash him instead, and Ryder assures Zuma all's good back topside. Charger is allowed to say the catchphrase this time around, and Mr. Porter gives the pups what he promised them, ending the episode on a good note.
