The chili and pizza judge is a recurring character who first appeared in "Pups Save the Chili Cook-Off".

Bio

His first appearance was as a judge for the chili cook-off between Adventure Bay and Foggy Bottom. He declared Adventure Bay the winner after realizing that Mayor Humdinger had cheated by using canned chili.

He first came to Adventure Bay proper to judge whether they or Foggy Bottom broke the record for the world's tallest pizza tower.

Appearance

The chili and pizza judge has fair skin, gray eyes, red hair, and a mustache. He wears a pale-tan cowboy hat, a blue shirt with white stripes and buttons, a red handkerchief tied around his neck, a brown belt with a gold buckle, denim jeans, and brown loafers.
