Citytv Saskatchewan (formerly City Saskatchewan) is a Canadian English language cable television channel in the province of Saskatchewan. Headquartered in the provincial capital of Regina, the channel is owned by the Rogers Sports & Media subsidiary of Rogers Communications and operates as a de facto owned-and-operated station of its Citytv television network. As Rogers bought the channel from Bluepoint Investment Corporation who ran the channel as SCN, it maintains a block of educational programming including ones for children from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. in a block branded as CityKids. Episodes of PAW Patrol air during this block and have since the show's premiere in 2013.
