Kassandra the Cruelest Kitten is the evil protagonist in Mayor Humdinger's favorite TV show of the same name. She briefly appears on Mayor Humdinger's television in "Pups Save the PAW Patroller".

Bio

Kassandra the Cruelest Kitten is the antithesis of Apollo the Super-Pup. She wrecks things and make others upset while Apollo the Super-Pup comes to save anybody in danger.

Personality

Kassandra was shown to be extremely cruel and violent. Being a dangerous enemy towards Apollo the Super-Pup, she hated him.

Appearance

Kassandra, as shown in the TV show, takes the appearance of a typical Siamese cat. She has cream fur, with darker lavender extremities and slanted light-blue eyes. The kitten also has a magenta collar with a 'K' attached at the center and three small, light-blue dots (presumably fake jewels or sequins).
