Grooming
The pups get bathed and groomed here. They can also receive specialist styling, as Rocky did for the competition in "Pup-Tacular". A few episodes (like "Pups Save an Out of Control Mini Patrol") show that other animals, including Bettina get groomed here as well.
Medical
This is where the pups and the other animals go whenever they get sick (as said prior to the events of "Pups Go All Monkey") or hurt, such as a sprained paw ("Pup Pup Boogie"). However, once Marshall received his EMT abilities, there have been less clients in this category.
Parties (rarely)
In "Pups Turn on the Lights", it was used for Chase's surprise birthday party after the blackout.
