Leo is an upcoming character in the PAW Patrol series. He will debut in the upcoming Season 9 episode "Pups Meet the Cat Pack". He represents the Lion and is a member of the Cat Pack.

Personality
Leo is a fierce cat who likes playing with a pull toy, and likes to pull all his strength like a lion. Much like Wild Cat, at one point, he didn’t like mice, but later got used to them.
Leo is a brave and bighearted cat, as he is able to face his fears, no matter what the problem is. He likes hearing animals of the wild roar with him, as he likes to roar himself.
Appearance
Leo has gold fur, with brown paws. In his Cat Pack attire, he wears a yellow uniform with stripes on it. He wears some sort of bracelet on his left paw. He also wears a yellow helmet which has a part resembling a lion's nose on the front. He wears blue visors.

Pup-Tag
Leo's pup tag is a mixed kind of shape between a trapezoid and a hexagon. It is yellow, with black lion stripes on it. It has the same paw that all the other Cat Pack members have, which is yellow, and it has a silver outline. When pressed, the pack on his back will release his outfit.
Pup-Pack
His pup-pack is yellow with lion stripes on it. Once he presses his pup-tag, his gear comes out of it and forms around his body.
Vehicle
Leo's vehicle is a white and yellow jeep that can turn into a Lion-themed car with a tail on the back. It can roar and do something with it's tail.
Skills and Abilities
Leo has lion strength, as he is able to hold a heavy Ferris Wheel seat with his paws and no sweat.
His Cat Pack attire grants him "Lion Strength", which allows him to glow and have super strength.
