"Liberty's Mountain Rescue" is the first segment of the 10th episode in Season 10 of PAW Patrol.

Summary

Liberty comes to visit the pups just in time to help save the Tur bots and their radar doppler in a daring mountain rescue.

Synopsis

On Jake's Mountain, Everest and Skye excitedly wait for Liberty, who arrives shortly after, and greets Jake, Ryder, and the rest of the PAW Patrol. After introducing herself to Everest, Liberty shows off a new move she calls the "Spinny Flip". Skye replicates the move with ease, but Everest fumbles the landing and asks Jake if Skye and Liberty can stay over for a sleepover to help her practice the move, which he is fine with. Meanwhile, further up the mountain, Cap'n Turbot and Francois are setting up a radar doppler to watch the weather. However, the two are quick to start bickering and constantly rotate the radar until it rolls off its stand and down the mountain. Francois reluctantly stays behind to fix the stand while Cap'n Turbot chases after the radar, ending on top of it as it continues to roll. Francois witnesses the situation from afar and quickly calls the PAW Patrol for help.

Outside Jake's cabin, everyone is dancing along to the Pup Pup Boogie until Ryder receives Francois' call. After Francois informs him of the situation, he summons the PAW Patrol to the PAW Patroller, where they are suited up in their standard gear and briefed on their mission. He then assigns Skye to search for Cap'n Turbot by air and Everest to search for him on the land. Liberty offers to help, but Ryder requests for her to standby with the other pups before deploying the team. With that, Skye and Everest hop into their respective vehicles and set off with Ryder to Francois' location.

Once the team arrives, Francois explains how Cap'n Turbot got stuck on the rolling radar before hitching a ride on the back of Everest's Snow Cat and joining the team on their search for Cap'n Turbot. Unfortunately, the woods on the mountain are so dense that neither Skye or Everest can see Cap'n Turbot or the radar. While Skye continues to search from the air, Everest is forced to take an alternative route down and back up the mountain due to her vehicle being to wide to move around the trees. Ryder worries she may take too long to resume her search for Cap'n Turbot and calls on Liberty, who is brought in by Skye, for backup, and asks for her assistance. Liberty then quickly weaves her way through the trees, admiring the woodland creatures she passes until she nears a cliff where she spots Cap'n Turbot, who is laid out, holding the radar, at the very edge of the cliff.

Liberty tells Cap'n Turbot to roll the radar over to her direction and holds it still with her scooter, freeing Cap'n Turbot. However, right after he gets up, the cliff gives way and he begins to fall, but is quickly saved from the extended front part of Liberty's scooter. As the scooter retracts, Cap'n Turbot accidentally pushes the radar with his legs and it rolls further down the cliff towards Everest and Francois' location. Everest quickly catches it with her vehicle's claw, but after Francois runs over and pats it, it moves and rolls off the cliff once more toward the river. Fortunately, Skye is able to catch and save it with her hook. Francois jumps in joy from Skye's speedy rescue, but causes the cliff he is standing on to give way and falls. Liberty races off the cliff over to him and saves him on her scooter, making a safe landing on the ground.

With the Turbots now safe and the radar unharmed, everyone returns to the top of the mountain, where the radar is returned to its stand, which has been repaired by Rocky. After Cap'n Turbot thanks the PAW Patrol for the rescue and Francois reads the radar's data, expressing that the weather will be good for the rest of the day, the PAW Patrol return to Jake's cabin for the night where they celebrate their Pup Pup Boogie sleepover with a dance party.
