Appearance
Meow-Meow looks very similar to Cali. It has blue eyes (which glow red when doing something naughty), and is metallic and a bit silver in color. It wears a magenta bow to have resemblance to a show cat (or in Mayor Humdinger's case, Cali), and a purple collar with a tag in the shape of the KCC logo.
