"Mighty Pups, Charged Up: Pups Save a Mighty Lighthouse" is the second segment of the 1st episode in Season 7 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Harold uses his super powers to turn Cap'n Turbot's lighthouse into a rocket! The Mighty Pups need to charge up and stop him!

Synopsis
At Mayor Humdinger's lair, Harold is using a vacuum to search for a piece of the mighty meteor. Mayor Humdinger is skeptical as to his chances and his claims that he will one day be a mayor, reminding him of his previous failure to get his uncle to the moon. Undeterred, Harold continues his search, though he loses control of the vacuum. At the Lookout, Ryder and the pups engage in a game of redlight, greenlight.
Surprisingly, Harold succeeds in finding a meteor fragment, and with his regained powers decides to build a machine that will allow him to travel to the moon and become its mayor in defiance of his uncle's earlier mockery. Deciding that the Seal Island lighthouse will make a perfect base for his rocket, he creates a mechanical gull to lure Cap'n Turbot and Francois away from it. The trick succeeds in getting Francois out on Adventure Bay in The Flounder, but as he begins transforming the lighthouse into a rocket Harold is unaware that Cap'n Turbot is still inside looking for his camera. As the lighthouse takes off, Francois is distracted from his gloating over his apparent victory over his cousin and puts in a call to Ryder.
Marshall reaches the Lookout elevator first only to remember that they were in the midst of a game, causing the others to crash into him. The Lookout transforms into its Mighty Pups configuration, and all the pups don their Mighty Pup gear and regain their superpowers. Ryder chooses Skye and Rubble for the mission, hoping that Skye's whirlwind and Rubble's strength will enable them to stop the space-bound lighthouse using the Mighty Jet. Cap'n Turbot, meanwhile, finally discovers that his lighthouse is airborne, just before Skye uses her powers to change its direction.
Rubble then powers up the Mighty Jet tractor beam to take hold of the lighthouse, only for Harold to break free with increased thrust. However, this action causes the lighthouse to plunge underwater, and Ryder calls on Rocky and Zuma to join the mission. As Cap'n Turbot discovers Harold in his lighthouse, Rocky and Zuma arrive and charge up their powers. Rocky locates the lighthouse with his super vision, and Zuma heads underwater using his bubble power.
Zuma is able to deflect the lightouse from hitting the giant Sea Slug, and then lifts it up to the water's surface. Rubble is then able to lift it with the tractor beam before putting it back in place with his super strength. Harold converts the remaining lighthouse engine into a jetpack to make his escape, only for the gull he created earlier to knock his meteor fragment from his hands. Fortunately, he is saved from sinking by the Sea Slug, and Cap'n Turbot and Francois find that the lighthouse's undersea voyage has left it without the need for the new coat of paint they had intended to give it.
