Synopsis
Mayor Goodway visits the Lookout for a photo with the Mighty Meteor, which will appear on the cover of Mayor Magazine. Mayor Humdinger grumbles jealously over the matter, while Harold complains that he's not even a mayor at all. Unfortunately, Mayor Goodway inadvertently knocks a chunk of the meteor loose, which Harold seizes and uses to regain his Mighty Powers. Returning to Foggy Bottom, he soon reassembles his giant robot, inserting the meteor as a power source. He also reveals to Mayor Humdinger that he's fitted the robot with a teleportation feature, and decides to use it to steal buildings from Adventure Bay to construct his own town, Haroldville.
The town lemonade stand and Farmer Al's barn are the first structures to fall victim to Harold's plan, and Al and the Porters call Ryder to alert him to the situation. Mayor Goodway then calls in just in time for Ryder to view Harold teleporting town hall away, and Ryder summons the pups to the Lookout. Marshall trips over a camera on the way, managing to take several pictures of himself before crashing into the other pups. The Lookout transforms into its Mighty Pup configuration, with the pups suiting up accordingly.
Chase and Skye are selected to search for Harold and the buildings he's stolen, respectively. Mayor Humdinger, meanwhile, is less than impressed with Haroldville, which Skye soon manages to locate. Harold sets his sights on the Adventure Bay playground, and flees using his robot's new rockets after Chase arrives to confront him. Harold then decides to steal the Lookout, and Ryder alerts the pups and instructs them to charge up their powers. Skye uses her weather power to ground the robot, while Rocky employs his x-ray vision and energy tools to disable Harold's flight capabilities.
When Harold attempts to teleport Rocky in retaliation, Chase hits him with a super bark and Marshall super jumps onto the robot's windshield. Harold flees, but the pups set their vehicles into hover mode and give Chase, following him all the way to Haroldville. Rubble then uses his super energy ball to knock down the robot, dislodging its meteor power source in the process. This causes all of the buildings to be teleported back to their proper places, much to Harold's annoyance.
