"Mighty Pups, Super Paws: Pups Save a Mega Mayor" is the second segment of the 18th episode in Season 6 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Mayor Humdinger finally gets super powers, and it's a total cat-astrophe! The Mighty Pups are summoned to save the mega mayor from himself.

Synopsis
Mayor Humdinger is fishing in Foggy Bottom when he unexpectedly catches a fragment of the Mighty Meteor. He is thus finally able to acquire superpowers of his own, transforming into a towering purple giant who frightens off the Kitten Catastrophe Crew. With his already dubious intellect affected by his transformation, Mayor Humdinger follows the kittens into Adventure Bay and begins causing havoc as he tries to recover them. He also begins collecting other cats, such as Cali and Precious, from around town.
Katie calls Ryder to alert him to the situation, interrupting the pups' game of pin the tail on the monkey. Ryder promptly calls to the pups to the Lookout to become Mighty Pups once again, though a blindfolded Marshall crashes into his friends in the elevator as usual. In the debriefing, Chase is chosen to use his speed and energy net to capture Mayor Humdinger, while Rubble is tasked with using his super strength to right cars knocked upside down by the massive mayor. Mayor Humdinger begins riding around on a trailer where he's keeping his captured cats and rides towards the edge of town just before Ryder and the pups arrive.
At the train station, Cap'n Turbot and Francois eagerly anticipate he arrival of a train transporting a pair of white tigers, whom Mayor Humdinger spots and attempts to acquire for his collection. Ryder and the pups arrive and attempt to stop him and succeed in recovering the trailer. However, Humdinger escapes with the tigers and soon runs across his own kittens and drops one tiger as he pursues them. Ryder then calls in Rocky to build an enclosure for the tiger left in town, while Chase pursues the mayor into the mountains.
While attempting to capture Cat Skye, Mayor Humdinger's meteor fragment falls out of his top hand band, and he reverts back to his usual self. This sees him stuck on a tree bridge over a chasm with the tiger he'd been carrying, and Chase deploys his net as a precaution against either of them falling. Ryder then calls in Skye to help rescue the pair, after which the pups return the tigers' train car and free the kittens trapped in the trailer. Though somewhat disappointed by the loss of his powers, Mayor Humdinger is grateful to see the tigers go, and both he and the Catastrophe Crew enjoy a relieved reunion.
