"Moto Pups: Pups Save a Moto Mayor" is the 23rd episode in Season 7 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Mayor Goodway thinks she can change the Ruff-Ruff pack's naughty ways by pretending to be a "bad" biker and becoming part of their gang, but when Gasket puts the Mayor through a battery of tough tests, it's up to the Moto Pups to rescue her.

Synopsis
While the pups playing along with Wild, they're fetching the ball along with Wild, but Chase sneezed while Wild wins, and Rocky says "We're not done yet, Wild Cat" so he brings the ball back to Ryder.
While at the park, along with the Ruff-Ruff Pack they're showing them in the game at the beach and they're making wheeled trouble. The citizens run off together and the game is closed. Once the Ruff-Ruff Pack along with Mayor Goodway to get off in the table, and Hubcap tries to eat bread with sandwich and Mayor Goodway says "shoo" due to Hubcap and tells to Farmer Al there's a Ruff-Ruff Pack in here. The tables and chairs are knock over along the citizens are getting away from them in Mr. Porter's Café.
When Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta are in the motorcycle, Farmer Al is asking to be a biker and enjoy the Ruff-Ruff Pack and Mayor Goodway says she Turn in to baddies as goodies. That's why Mayor Goodway changes into Badway. While Mayor talk to Ruff-Ruff Pack as Badway that she is not so cute together.
Back with Ryder and the pups, they're playing again with the Fetching Ball game, as Wild is the first winner, and no one can tell the assist friends, who's playing fetch.
Back with the Mayor and Ruff-Ruff Pack, they're talking again beside the Pet Parlor as they're really running on the wheels. And Mayor Goodway makes a super cycling circle and see Wally. With Cap'n Turbot's help to rescue Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta, the pups ahead inside the Moto HQ, and Marshall gets a sock on his nose and rolling down into his sock and crashes on to the other pups and says "Made-it, Just took a little can-do spirit". While the pups there at the top, Ryder summons the pups as deputized Skye will use her flying motorbike to track down Mayor Goodway, and Zuma will use his amphibious cycle which in case will rescue the mayor from the swamp.
As Ryder, Skye, and Zuma went out to Moto HQ, Skye is flying up ahead and she will find her eyes on the Mayor, and she's closing through the swamp, and in the sleeping alligator. Zuma tries to use his buoy and caught up to Mayor Goodway (as Badway), and she's closing right ahead to the Ruff-Ruff Pack. The Alligator cuts Zuma's buoy and drove away. The Ruff-Ruff Pack shouldn't drive along with Badway, and the Mayor's motorcycle got accidentally out of control. While on beside of the Hoodoos, as the Ruff-Ruff Pack talk to Mayor Goodway (as Badway), they're trying to make the motorcycle go into the globe of steal and Hubcap is now the boss.
While Chickaletta and the mayor are inside the globe of steal, they're trying to drive them by itself and they're out of control. Ryder calls for backup along with Chase will use his safety net to stop the globe, but it can't. Well the good news said Skye she is able to slow down the mayor’s motorcycle from rolling over to the sand dunes. While the mayor and Chickaletta stop the globe of steal, Skye grabs the hook to the globe but can't due to the out of control motorcycle. As all the pups are out of the Moto HQ, they're able to stop from the runaway globe while Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta are inside. Rubble using his scoop to build the bay over there, and Rocky, Marshall, and Wild Cat are trying to kick the globe of steal and they're stopped moving.
While Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta are out of the globe, they're safe, and Ryder says "Can you stop them?" with their three troublemakers called Ruff-Ruff Pack, but she's able to passed on their test and she'll turn the bad dogs into good pups, and the pups to keep an eye on her.
With the Ruff-Ruff Pack, Hubcap tries to ask the sunflowers. And Mayor Goodway (as Badway) and Chickaletta are back with Ruff-Ruff Pack and needs to be ask the children of the library.
When Gasket tries to get Chickaletta, she could never took it. Gasket tries to turn on the turbo booster as fast. When the Moto Pups are there, they're trying to stop the motorcycle. Gasket tries to do like a stunt and he's open the mail and threw away. Rocky tries to use his forklift to make the bridge across the ditch, and Farmer Al's truck got knock out all of the pumpkins, including Mayor can't see how to stop the motorcycle, and the train steel driving so they're building a ramp and Marshall using his water cannons to let the pumpkin out of the mayor and the motorcycle is stopped and drove away again. Gasket tries to make a stunt and the rocket turns off so he's falling on to Cap'n Turbot's boat. Chase is using the net to catch the mayor’s bike, and Wild is using his gripper claws and yarn ball launcher to help Mayor Goodway down safely.
Mayor Goodway follows Wild to the finish line, and the rocket boosters got destroyed into Gasket's bike, and Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta are returning back to normal themselves.
While the Ruff-Ruff Pack are making a mess like a stinky deal, and Mayor Goodway and the Moto Pups were thankful to Ryder for rescuing Chickaletta on that bridge and herself.
