"Moto Pups: Pups Save the Kitties" is the second segment of the 22nd episode in Season 7 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
The Ruff-Ruff Pack takes over Humdinger's lair and run off with his kitties. Now the Moto Pups and Wild Cat must rescue Mayor Humdinger's precious felines.

Synopsis
The episode began at Mr. Porter’s. The team was stopping by to help, with Chase using his apple launcher. as well as Mayor Humdinger. Humdinger then asks who is that cat standing next to Ryder. Ryder then introduces Wild to Mayor Humdinger. Mayor Humdinger scolds him, saying this day got worse, to which Wild says “Meowouch!”. Mayor Humdinger then grabs an orange, but then the oranges are going to fall off of the basket. Chase and Rocky are trying to hold it, but Wild does a stunt and secures them in the basket. He then walks away.
Meanwhile, the Ruff-Ruff Pack discover Mayor Humdinger’s HQ, and Hubcap believes it could be their new hideout. They enter, but Dwayne however wants to play with the KCC. He immediately starts to play with them, while the Ruff-Ruff Pack notice Humdinger outside. Mayor Humdinger is outside, with Hubcap telling him it’s their hideout now. Dwayne then flips him to a tree, and Humdinger calls the PAW Patrol.
Ryder gets Mayor Humdinger’s call for help, and summons the Moto Pups. Once topside, Ryder deputized Marshall to get the Mayor down using his ladder, and Rubble to open the lair using his scoop and jackhammer. They then ride off to Foggy Bottom. Marshall then helps the Mayor down, but Humdinger’s pants are ripped off of him. In Mayor Humdinger’s lair, it has already been redecorated. Hubcap is busy eating, while Gasket is making a new motorcycle, and Dwayne is playing with the kitties. Ryder instructs Rubble to use his scoop. The Ruff-Ruff Pack soon are alerted of the pups and head to the sewer tunnels via a hatch that Hubcap noticed.
Ryder and the team soon notice what happened, as well as the hatch. Ryder calls Wild to use his super speed boosters. He arrives, as they head down alongside Mayor Humdinger. Hubcap gets angry when the KCC show up in his sidecar, and that Dwayne might have brought them with him. Wild sees a mouse, and the sewer alligator. He then goes upside down, as he tells them to stop. Unfortunately for Hubcap, his sidecar falls in the water. Chase and Rocky are then called to help save the sidecar and the KCC. Chase then lowers them using his winch, then Rubble saves the KCC and Hubcap. Rocky grabs the sidecar, and the KCC are returned to Mayor Humdinger.
The episode ends with Mayor Humdinger rejoicing that his kitties are back, and thanks Ryder. He then asks Wild if he wants to be apart of his team, to which he says he is fine with the team he is in. Mayor Humdinger then chases the Ruff-Ruff Pack, saying they have some cleaning up to do.
