"Moto Pups: Rescue at Twisty Top Mesa" is the first segment of the 24th episode in Season 7 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
The Ruff-Ruff Pack take a bus on a wild jump, and the Moto Pups must rescue the baddies off the Twisty Top Mesa.

Synopsis
At the Moto HQ, Wild decides to show the pups good cat tricks by climbing a tree, but the other pups are unable to successfully climb it except for Marshall, who used his ladder while everyone was distracted. Meanwhile, in Adventure Bay, the Ruff-Ruff Pack are looking to make some "wheel trouble" and spot Farmer Yumi with a truckload of watermelons as an opportunity, but Gasket unintentionally knocks the melons neatly into Mr. Porter's fruit stand, helping them out instead. Looking for another opportunity to make trouble, Hubcap spots Mayor Goodway driving a tour bus, commands the pack to follow her, and challenges her to a race, but she ignores them and drives the tour group to the top of a canyon where they can safely view an attraction called Twisty Top Mesa.
While the tourists are out taking pictures, the Ruff-Ruff Pack finally catches up to Mayor Goodway, making a mess before commandeering the tour bus, only for Hubcap to accidentally drive it in reverse and jump it onto the Mesa. With her and all the tourists now stranded, Mayor Goodway calls the PAW Patrol for help.
Back at the Lookout, Ryder spots the pups high up in a tree, sharing a laugh with them before Mayor Goodway calls, explaining the situation with the Ruff-Ruff Pack at the mesa. After summoning the PAW Patrol to report to Moto HQ, where they are suited up in their Moto Pup gear and briefed on the mission, Ryder deputizes Skye to use her harness to airlift Dwayne off the mesa, Wild to use his yarn launcher to zipline Hubcap and Gasket to safety, and Rubble to use his shovel to clear the trail so the team can bring the bus down and return the tourists home. With that, the team deploys and heads out with Skye and Wild being the first to ride out of the HQ on their respective vehicles.
After Ryder and the pups arrive, Rubble starts to clear off the trail while Wild uses his super-speed boosters to jump over the large gap between the canyon and the mesa, successfully landing atop the mesa. He uses his yarn launcher to zipline Hubcap and Gasket, but Dwayne, excited to try it, jumps and bounces off of it, due to his larger size. The zipline breaks as Dwayne falls, but Skye is quick to save him, catching him with her harness.
Refusing to be rescued by Wild, Hubcap takes over the bus with Gasket in reverse again, and drives it down the rocky twist of the mesa. Noticing that their brakes are broken, Ryder calls Chase to the mesa as Wild uses his gripper claws to redirect the bus in the right direction. However, on the bumpy way down, Gasket falls out of the bus, but makes a safe landing thanks to Chase and his net while Wild, on Ryder’s command, takes control of the bus, abandoning his bike in the process, and drives off a ramp Rubble built to safely land it. However, upon landing, the tour bus’ wheels pop off, rendering it useless.
Ryder calls Robo-Dog to bring the PAW Patroller and give all the tourists a ride home as the Ruff-Ruff Pack are forced to push the broken bus all the way back to town. After Mayor Goodway thanks the PAW Patrol for saving the day, Skye returns Wild's super-cycle, and the tourists take several pictures of him and the PAW Patrol.
