Info
PAW Patrol is a Canadian CGI, action-adventure children series starring a pack of 15 heroic puppies and 4 cats: Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, Everest, Tracker, Tuck, Ella, Rex, Wild, Rory, Shade, Leo, Liberty, Al, Coral, and Roxi (the last 13 are only occasionally part of the team), who are led by a tech-savvy 10-year-old boy named Ryder. With a unique blend of problem-solving skills, cool vehicles and lots of nice doggy humor, the PAW Patrol works together on high-stakes rescue missions to protect the Adventure Bay community.
From Marshall the fire-pup to Chase the police pup to Skye the aviation pup, each pup brings unique personality and skill to the team, modeling the importance of teamwork and good citizenship. They all have special pup packs on their backs to help them handle anything - from rescuing kittens to saving a train from a rock slide! And no matter how big the adventure, the PAW Patrol always has time for a game, a laugh, and an ear scratch from Ryder.

- This is the longest-running Nick Jr. series, currently with eleven seasons, surpassing Dora the Explorer with eight seasons.
- Yet it's the second longest-running Nickelodeon series, currently with 12 seasons, right behind SpongeBob SquarePants with 15 seasons, both are yet released.
- Through the series, while the elevator is going up to the top of the Lookout, after Marshall's iconic wipe-out, the joke is sometimes continued while going up, such as in "Pups Save a High-Flying Skye".
- Some of the voice cast are also voice actors/actress in PJ Masks, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, and Blue's Clues and You! while a few of the cast members starred in live action roles for the Fred Rogers series Odd Squad, with cast members CJ Dubé, Samuel Faraci, Jaiden Cannatelli, Christian Distefano, and Carter Thorne. Elijha Hammill and Emily Thorne also appeared in the series; Moses Rankine guest starred.
- Kai Harris, Nylan Parthipan, Callum Shoniker, & Jackson Reid have voiced characters in PJ Masks: Power Heroes, respectively, as Catboy, Ice Cub, Romeo, & Howler.
- Joseph Motiki, Jaiden Cannatelli, Shayle Simons, Jackson Reid, Bryn McAuley, Ellen-Ray Hennesy, Peter Cugno, Anthony Sardinha, Christian Distefano, Keegan Hedley, Ron Pardo, Adrian Truss, Julie Lemieux, and Callum Shoniker have all worked on Corn & Peg.
- A few of the voice actors of PAW Patrol have worked on Go, Dog. Go!. Callum Shoniker, with the role of the co-starring character, Scooch Pooch, Lyon Smith, with the role of recurring character, Spike Barker, and Deann Degruijter, with the role of guest character, Sandra Paws.
- Michela Luci, who voiced Sierra Sparkle in the spinoff series, also voiced Tag Barker, the titular protagonist of Go, Dog. Go!.

- Kallan Holley and Katherine Forrester also provided their voice roles on the Disney Junior animated series Whisker Haven Tales with the Palace Pets.
- A handful of cast members have appeared in Murdoch Mysteries. The most notable example is Charles Vandervaart as John Brackenreid; other appearances include Christian Distefano and Blair Williams.
- Zuma's Season 6- and Carlos's late Season 3 voice actors also provided some voice work for the PBS Kids show Let's Go Luna!.

- Every Tuesday on Nick and Nick Jr. is Blues Tuesday, with that the I in Nick and the J in Jr. (On Nick Jr.), with this the design blends in with some scenes of episodes.
- This show is in partnership with the TV series Abby Hatcher, as it has been crossed over with it.
- Abby Hatcher is also alongside PAW Patrol on the website pawpatrolandfriends.com, where toys are sold.
- In "PAW Patrol: The Movie", Ryder breaks the fourth wall that, he gets all the money from merchandise sales, as he shows a t-shirt with 3 of the main pups in their TV series models.
- PAW Patrol is the 2nd most popular kids show and most popular preschoolers' show on Paramount+. (SpongeBob SquarePants is the #1 most popular kids show.)
- An episode of NBC's show SNL/Saturday Night Live made a spoof about the TV series.
- In the Australian show Bluey, a reference is shown a couple of times, in which the series is mentioned as a spoof of PAW Patrol known as "Cat Squad," a show that Muffin Heeler, the titular characters' younger Cousin, loves. Considering Muffin's age is in the target audience's age range, this could be Joe Brumm's way of poking fun at the show, Joe Brumm having helped make many episodes of Peppa Pig and Ben & Holly's Little Kingdom while in the UK. Pop Culture references wouldn't just be restrained to other shows, but also to personalities, such as Robert Irwin voicing a teenaged Dingo named Alfie, or the Vine sauce mushroom. Even the culture of Australia would be referenced, from slang to the infamous Green Ute (a Ute being Pickup truck of sorts).
- Throughout the series, a stretching sound effect, from the children's video game, Stretchy Monkey is used.
- It is likely that this sound effect is from a non-copyright sound effects website.
- There is a CBeebies show based on this series called Dog Squad, which has the pups in that show say the pups' and Ryder's catchphrases respectively, similar to how they do missions to help, nearly has a town based in a country, etc.
- The show is referenced three times in one show and two movies: Danger Force episode "Bottle Snatchers", "Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers" alongside other Nickelodeon shows and "DC's League of Superpets".
- Each vehicle's number goes in chronological order of introduction. But the Mission PAW Cruiser is number 14, even though it is the next one after Tracker's jeep, which is number 11. This is because the PAW Terrain Vehicle and Pirate Patroller, which are both toys, released in real life before the Mission PAW Cruiser.
- This show has a few similarities to Dragons: Rescue Riders.
- Both series feature a fire-breathing dragon.
- Both series are made to appeal to pre-schoolers.
- Both series have a tower as a base of operation (Roost, the Lookout).
- Liberty's (Movie) voice actor voices one of the dragons.
- This show has similar to PJ Masks
- Shows produced in Canada.
- Voice actors have roles on Both shows.
- Features a team of heroes defending the city.
- Features kids as heroes.
- Gets superpowers from a crystal.
- Expanded into many members in later seasons.
- Villain wants to take over someplace. (Romeo, Sweetie)
