"Pups Chill Out" is the first segment of the 15th episode in Season 4 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Roger's frozen food delivery truck gets stuck in a ditch.

Synopsis
It was a hot summer day in Adventure Bay, the pups were getting cooled off. Rubble, Chase, and Skye were relaxing in the pool, as Zuma was helping them and himself get cooled down with some from his hovercraft's fans, but Rocky refused to jump in the pool, due to his fear of water. Then, Rubble came with the best way to cool down, some liver flavored, frozen Puppy Pops, dog popsicles. Everyone ran inside to eat some pops. But, as they were waiting, Ryder told them they ran out of puppy pops. It was Marshall, who ate the last of it, as he got some on his face. Ryder decided to go get some more at Mr. Porter's cafe, and Marshall volunteered to go with him to carry them, since he was feeling bad for eating all the pops.
At Mr. Porter's cafe, Mr. Porter ran out of frozen food, even some for the pets. But luckily, he ordered some more frozen food on the way. Out on the road in the forest, a pizza delivery man bumped a small rock, causing his van to bounce and let on of his pizzas to jump out and land on the road. Then, the truck that carrying frozen food to Mr. Porter's slipped on the pizza, spin out of control, and fell into a small ditch. The delivery man named Roger tried to get his truck out, but as he did, both his engine and freezer were broken. With the freezer broken, the frozen food would melt soon. So, Roger began to call the PAW Patrol.
Ryder got Roger's call about the problem, then he summoned the pups to the Lookout. As Marshall made it, he jumped into the pool and rolled into the elevator. Then, he said, "A way cool pool rules." As the pups were ready for action, Ryder told them about the truck stuck in a ditch and its freezer broken; it's up to the PAW Patrol to save the truck and the frozen food. Ryder hired Chase to use his winch to pull the truck out of the ditch, and Rocky to use his tools to fix the truck and get the freezer running again. As they are ready, they deployed and drove off to save the frozen food.
As they made it to Roger's truck, Chase activated his winch and pulled the truck out of the ditch. As Rocky was looking at the damage, he said he could only fix the engine because his parts for the freezer are back at the Lookout. Ryder needed a way to keep the frozen food cold. He looked at the snowy hill and saw lots of ice there, and he finally knew what to do, he called Rubble and Skye for some backup. Rubble needed to go to the mountain and use his jackhammer to cut out a huge block of ice, and Skye needed to fly up and find the hunk of ice Rubble to cut, then carry it to the truck.
As Ryder and the pups had reached the snowy part of the mountain, Skye had started to look for the perfect hunk of ice for Rubble to cut. She'd found the perfect amount of ice, and Rubble began to use his jackhammer to cut it perfectly. After it was cut out, he used his rig to lift it up and out. Ryder tied it up with some rope for Skye to carry it to the truck. As it was ready, they all began to head back to Roger's truck.
Back at Mr. Porter's, Mayor Humdinger was being impatient of the frozen food. Then, he spotted Skye carrying the ice cube and decided to get it for himself and his Kitten Catastrophe Crew. He asked Cat Skye and Cat Rocky to follow Skye. Cat Skye picked up Cat Rocky and they both fly away to the copter, while Mayor Humdinger follows them on his kitty carrier. As they got closer, Cat Skye flew closer to the ice for Cat Rocky to cut off the rope. The ice cube was falling below Mayor Humdinger, he jumped off his carrier for the ice to sit. Humdinger hopped onto the ice cube, but it was going too fast, he could crash.
Skye called Ryder about the problem, and Ryder began to call Rubble and Chase for some help. They both need to move all logs to the sides of the road to keep Mayor Humdinger from running off it. Chase used his winch to pull some of the logs, Rubble rolled the them with his rig, and Ryder pushed them by hand. After they were done, the ice cube came by and bumped into the logs to keep it on the road. Then, it hit a small rock, causing it to slide off the carrier and into more logs. As it pass by Roger's truck, Marshall sprayed the ice with his water cannons over to Rubble. Then, Rubble hit it with his rig as a baseball, and the ice cube made it inside the truck for the frozen food to keep cool. And, Skye lifted Mayor Humdinger back onto the ground with her harness. The PAW Patrol congratulated each other, even to Marshall, he still felt bad about eating the puppy pops.
After the truck is fixed, Roger continue his delivery to Adventure Bay. As the frozen food was delivered to Mr. Porter's Roger and Mr. Porter thanked the PAW Patrol. Mayor Humdinger was taking a bite of the puppy pop, but he passed to Marshall, who ate it too fast, before getting a brain freeze.
Pups in Action
First Responders (1st Emergency)
- Use his winch to pull the truck out of the ditch.
- Use his tools to fix the truck and get the freezer running again.
Backup Responders (1st Emergency)
- Go to Jake's Mountain and use his jackhammer to cut out a huge block of ice.
- Fly up and find a hunk of ice for Rubble to cut. Then carry the ice to Roger's truck using the copter. Later, use her harness to rescue Mayor Humdinger from falling.
First Responders (2nd Emergency)
- Move all logs to the sides of the road to keep Mayor Humdinger from running off it.
- Spray the ice with his water cannons.
