"Pups Save Election Day" is the first segment of the 2nd episode in Season 7 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
When Mayor Humdinger runs for mayor of Adventure Bay, his Mayor Mobile runs out of control, the PAW Patrol have to save the day!

Synopsis
Ryder and the pups help set up for election day at City Hall, with Skye and Ryder explaining to Alex the purpose of the event. Mayor Goodway, nervous about the forthcoming vote, struggles with directing Rubble on where to place the voting booth, prompting the group to hold a vote on the matter. Mayor Goodway hopes to win reelection, only to discover that her mystery opponent is none other than Mayor Humdinger. When she objects, noting that Mayor Humdinger doesn't live in Adventure Bay, he erects a tent and a mailbox before setting off in his top-hat shaped election float to spread his campaign paraphernalia across town.
As might be expected, Humdinger's reckless launching of top hats, stickers, signs, and other objects causes trouble, causing Daring Danny X to end up hanging from a billboard Mayor Humdinger has set up. Mr. Porter, meanwhile, is riding out of control on Danny's skateboard, prompting Danny to throw his phone to Alex to call Ryder and the PAW Patrol. Once apprised of the situation, Ryder summons the pups, and calls upon Chase and Marshall to deal with the chaos. Chase sets off after Mr. Porter while Marshall goes to help Danny, all while Mayor Humdinger continues to spread his merchandise.
Marshall takes a tumble down his ladder after one of Humdinger's hats falls on his face, while Mr. Porter ends up doing some unintended stunts at the playground. Fortunately, Chase is able to save him with his net, and Ryder attempts to reason with the maniacal mayor. Heedless as usual, Humdinger sends his float rolling on its side, only to then end up floating away when a number of decorative balloons become attached to it. Ryder calls Skye for backup, but upon arriving she find that the balloons are preventing her from betting close enough for a rescue.
At Ryder and Skye's suggestion, Mayor Humdinger begins popping balloons with his t-shirt cannon, but goes overboard and sends his float plummeting. Fortunately, Skye is able to rescue him with her harness before the float hits the ground. Sometime later, the election results are tallied, and unsurprisingly Mayor Goodway is reelected. Mayor Humdinger demands a recount, only to learn that he didn't receive even a single vote, and is delayed from returning to Foggy Bottom by Mayor Goodway's insistence that he clean up the mess he's made.
