"Pups Save a Cloud Surfer" is the second segment of the 18th episode in Season 4 of PAW Patrol.

Synopsis
It was an extremely windy day in Adventure Bay, Danny was going to kite surf in the ocean waves. Cap'n Turbot warned him that the strongest wind gonna make things. But, Danny didn't mind, he started surfing on the waves. Then, the wind was pushing Danny in different directions and higher and lower. Danny surfed around town: the beach, the playground, Katie's Pet Parlor, Mr. Porter's Cafe, and City Hall. Bumping into Julia, Mayor Humdinger and Mr. Porter along the way. Cap'n Turbot was chasing along the way, but he knew he couldn't stop so started to call the PAW Patrol.
Meanwhile, at the Lookout, Ryder and the pups were enjoying the wind, even Marshall was flying a kite. Ryder got Cap'n Turbot's call about Danny kite surfing so fast, then he saw his harness breaking up, meaning Danny could get hurt if the kite comes off of him. Ryder summons the pups to the Air Patroller for an air rescue. As everyone was ready, Ryder told them about Danny kite surfing in the wind and his harness loose, Their mission is to fix the harness and get Danny get on the ground. He hired Skye to use her wings and flying skills to catch up with Danny and help get him down, and Rocky to use his tools to fix the buckle on his harness to make sure the kite stays attached to him. And, off they go to save Danny the cloud surfer.
As the Air Patroller had reached Danny, Skye and Rocky deployed on their jet-packs and flew towards Danny. Rocky was about to fix the buckle, but then, the wind pushed Danny higher in the sky. Skye and Rocky were following him, but an eagle was heading towards Danny for attack. Luckily, Skye pushed Danny out of the way and chased the eagle away. Danny's surfboard fell off his feet, making him lighter, faster, and flying higher. In fact, he was getting too high, he was heading for outer space. Then, the kite got off, forcing Danny to fall down.
With Danny skydiving, Ryder asked Chase and the rest of the pups to use his net to catch Danny, fast. Danny was falling down a little too fast, Rocky was slowing him down by holding his harness with his grabber. Ryder and the pups were ready to catch Danny at last, Rocky let go of the harness, to them catch him. Then, they brought him back to solid ground. Danny thanked the PAW Patrol for the windy rescue, and Ryder told him to be careful next time when it's so windy again. Then, the episode ends with Danny tripping on Chase's net leading everyone laughing.
