"Pups Save a Clown" is the second segment of the 3rd episode in Season 8 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
The Pups must save Humdinger and his kittens when they mess around with Toodles the Clown's tiny clown car.

Synopsis
At the Lookout, the pups are putting the finishing touches on Alex's birthday card while Skye arrives with the boy's present: a kite. Later, at Porter's Café, the party is in full swing when Toodles the Clown arrives to entertain the attendees. While Alex is delighted with this diversion, Mayor Humdinger-apparently a long-time aspiring clown himself-is angry and determined to prove himself superior to Toodles. However, despite his penchant for tomfoolery, Humdinger only serves to enhance Toodles' performance.
Embittered, Humdinger attempts to take possession of Toodles' clown car, only for several more clowns to emerge and the Catastrophe Crew to end up speeding off in the bizarre vehicles. Mayor Humdinger is thus forced to alert Ryder to the situation, and Ryder summons the pups to the Lookout with Marshall tripping on a clown shoe to lead into his customary elevator crash. Ryder selects Chase and Skye for the mission, relying upon Chase's net to stop the car and Skye to remove its giant wind-up key to prevent it from moving again. Back the party, Toodles finally becomes aware of the situation involving his car and sets off in pursuit on his unicycle.
Ryder and the pups soon join the chase as well, but when Toodles employs a rocket engine he knocks the clown car away from its course to hit Chase's net. Then, while Skye is attempting to use her harness to grab the wind-up key, she accidentally grabs an airborne Toodles instead. At Ryder's urging, Skye lowers Toodles onto the car, and he manages to remove the key with the help of some oil he has on hand. The clown car is thus brought to a stop, only for Mayor Humdinger to end up rolling away out of control on Toodles' unicycle.
As Toodles gets his car running again and joins in the pursuit, Zuma and Rocky arrive in response to Ryder's summons. Toodles accidentally unleashes a torrent of balloons that Zuma is forced to stop, but inspires Ryder to blow up a giant-sized balloon to help stop Mayor Humdinger. Rocky blows up the balloon with his vacuum in reverse, and then speeds into place to prevent Mayor Humdinger from ruining Alex's cake. Toodles then presents Mayor Humdinger with clown shoes and a trophy, but the mayor is less than thrilled when the trophy's flower turns out to squirt water just like a real clown's flower.
