"Pups Save a Duck Pond" is the second segment of the 12th episode in Season 5 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
When water in the duck pond mysteriously drains out, it's up to the PAW Patrol to find out what's happening.

Synopsis
It was a hot summer day in Adventure Bay. At a duck pond near Farmer Al's farm, the mother duck and her 5 ducklings were having a swim, until the pond started draining. All 6 ducks got out of the pond and started crossing the road. Farmer Al was driving his truck down the road, when he saw the ducks crossing. He tried to avoid them, but he dumped his hay bales. He got out of his truck to check on the ducks, and they didn't get harmed. Then, he noticed the pond is completely empty. He knew the critters needed help, Al started to call the PAW Patrol.
Meanwhile at the Lookout, the pups were licking out some liver flavored puppy pops to cool down from the sun. Marshall filled up a swimming so the pups could get cooled off in it, except Rocky. Ryder got Farmer Al's call about the problem at the pond, he summoned the pups to the Lookout. Marshall was slipping on the puppy pops and bumped into the other pups at the elevator. As the pups got geared up, Ryder told them about the duck pond dried up and the ducks overheating, it's up to the PAW Patrol to help the ducks cool until the water is back in the pond. Ryder hired Zuma to use his hovercraft to bring their pop-out pool out for the ducks to keep cool, Marshall to use his water cannons to fill the pool, and Rocky to use his truck's forklift to help clear the hay bales off the road. Now, that everyone is ready, they deploy their vehicles, and off they go to save the duck pond.
As they made it to the duck pond, Rocky started reloading the hay bales onto Farmer Al's truck. The ducks got a little hot, especially a turtle and a frog. Zuma let out a pool and Marshall filled it with water for the critters to get cool. Ryder, Rocky, and Zuma started looking around the pond to see how the water is gone. Then suddenly, they discovered a pipe, it could a clue of where the water had disappear to. They need to know, so Ryder called Chase to come over and use his drone to check under the pond. As Chase arrived, he'd launch his drone down the pipe, which lead to the sewer tunnel, going outside Adventure Bay.
At Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger was the one who drained the water from the pond, so he could use it for a big water slide. And, 2 of his kittens were pumping it. Chase 's drone hit something blocking the tunnel, the PAW Patrol believed that could be what's stopping the water too. Ryder and Zuma started heading towards the tunnels to see for themselves. As they entered the tunnels, they started looking for Chase's drone. Once they found the drone, they discovered someone stopping the water on purpose, by hammering planks of wood. They need to take out a few planks to let the water flow again. Ryder took out some suction cups attached to Zuma's hovercraft, sucked them onto the planks, then, Zuma pulled them out with ease, so the water doesn't get gushed out at once. As the water is coming out, Ryder and Zuma got out of the tunnels, before the tunnels get filled up again. Back at the duck pond, it finally got filled back up for all the critters. But for Mayor Humdinger, he was about to have fun on his water slide, but then, the water drained so fast. The kittens were stuck in the drain, and the mayor was stuck on top of the water slide.
The critters were happy to have the water back. Ryder told everyone about the water going to Foggy Bottom, Chase figured Mayor Humdinger was behind it. Then, they heard Mayor Humdinger calling for help, so they drove off to help him. As they arrived at he water slide, Zuma started using his buoy to help the kittens out of the drain. Humdinger revealed that he took the water from the pond to the water slide. Chase activated his wall walkers and pull out his car's winch, then he climbed up the slide and gave Humdinger the winch for him to get unstuck and slide down the dry water slide.
After Humdinger was saved, Ryder told him to leave the water in the pond. Sliding on the dry slide burns Humdinger's bottom, he found some leftover water in the pool. So, he got cooled as he got wet, leading everyone to a laugh.
