"Pups Save a Ferris Wheel" is the second segment of the 8th episode in Season 4 of PAW Patrol.

Synopsis
It’s a nice sunny day in Adventure Bay and the PAW Patrol, along with the citizens are going to ride the new Ferris wheel at city hall. All the pups are wearing sunglasses because it’s a little bright that day. They decide to shout "WHEE!" when they get to the tippy-top of the ride. Then, they leave the Lookout to check out the Ferris wheel.
Meanwhile at the City Hall, some construction workers are working on the Ferris wheel as Mayor Goodway is working on her speech for the grand opening of the ride. But what they didn't know is that Mayor Humdinger was watching them. He got so jealous that he wanted the Ferris wheel in Foggy Bottom. As Mayor Goodway breaks her pencil, Humdinger and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew finally got their chance to make a distraction. Cat Chase becomes a cute kitten in front of Mayor Goodway as Cat Skye takes her written speech away. Mayor Goodway along her construction workers start chasing the kitten, while Cat Rocky unscrews the wheel to let it roll away. The wheel going the wrong way, Mayor Humdinger tries to stop it, but it is still rolling and smushes his hat. Humdinger hops on to steer it, but there is no way steer a Ferris wheel at all. Then, the wheel wrecks the cup from up top the lemonade stand and scared everyone away. As Mayor Goodway sees what was happening, she started to call Ryder.
The PAW Patrol is still towards City Hall, when they are on the bridge. Until, Ryder gets Mayor Goodway's call about the Ferris wheel on the loose. The PAW Patrol are heading back to the Lookout, and as they are, the pups take off their sunglasses and now Marshall is wearing them all, making it hard for him to see. Then he crashes into the pups as he'd reach the elevator and their sunglasses are put back on. As everyone is geared up, Ryder tells them about the ferris wheel being taking by Mayor Humdinger, and they're causing a mess. It's up to the pups to save the ride. Ryder hires Chase to direct traffic to keep everyone out of the wheel's path and use his car drive it back to City Hall, and Marshall to use his ladder to anything high up the wheel could bump into. As everyone is ready, they drive off to save the Ferris wheel.
They are on the bridge, the Ferris wheel is coming their way, so they get out of the way. But, the wheel stops and rolls back towards them. Chase begins to drive ahead of the wheel and direct traffic to keep people out of the path. But, then he seds a banner that just gets up, it is in the way. Ryder tells Marshall to put down the banner before it gets ripped in half. Marshall makes it to take down the banner, but as he climbs up his ladder, Little Hootie is on the banner and is too afraid to fly down. Marshall then tells Ryder that Little Hootie is too scared to climb back down. Ryder then tells Marshall to not worry about the banner and says that getting Little Hootie down is more important. So, Marshall uses his helmet to carry Little Hootie off and down, and he drops him towards Ryder's arms. The Ferris wheel rips the banner off the poles and causes Marshall to sling off his ladder and onto it.
Now, that Marshall is in trouble, Ryder asks Chase to catch up to the wheel, and Rubble to with a new idea. Chase makes it to the wheel, as Rubble finishes building a ramp. Chase drives towards the ramp and lands on the Ferris wheel. Now, that Chase is able to steer it, he drives to the open road. Ryder calls Skye to fly her helicopter and use the harness to air lift Marshall and Mayor Humdinger off the Ferris wheel. Skye arrived in time to pick up Marshall, then Mayor Humdinger. Now that everyone's off, Ryder asks Robo-Dog to bring the Air Patroller. The plane grabs the wheel with its crane and brings it back to the City Hall.
Now that the Ferris wheel is back in place, Mayor Goodway opens the ride. For punishment, Mayor Humdinger is put to control the wheel correctly, and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew are kicked out. Then, the episode ends with the pups riding the ferris wheel shouting "WHEE!"

First Responders
- Use his cones and megaphone to make sure everyone is out of the Ferris wheel's path. Then, use his 4x4 to tow it back to where it belongs. Later, jump the ramp into the Ferris wheel in an attempt to steer it.
- Use his ladder to rescue anything high up that the wheel could bump into.
Backup Responders
- Build a ramp so Chase can use his cruiser to jump into the Ferris wheel in an attempt to steer it.
- Use her copter and harness to rescue Marshall and Mayor Humdinger.
- Use the Air Patroller to pick up the Ferris wheel and return it to City Hall.
