"Pups Save a Frog Mayor" is the second segment of the 20th episode in Season 4 of PAW Patrol.

Summary

Mayor Goodway turns into a frog.

Synopsis

It started at City Hall, Rubble was placing a well, as Mayor Goodway showed him where to put it. After that was done, she had to go attend a meeting. But then, her phone started ringing in her purse, waking up Chickaletta from her nap. As she was taking the call, Rubble and Rocky were looking at the well. They were wishing it was a real wishing well that could literally grant wishes. Alex Porter came by to tell about a broken swing at the park, Rocky volunteered to get it fixed.

Rubble was getting tired, he was about to take a nap. A frog appeared on the well, relaxing in the sun. Rubble made a wish for Mayor Goodway to take a break and relax. As he was napping, he began to have a dream. His dream is when Mayor Goodway turned into a frog, Rubble could see her hat on her head. Chickaletta didn't recognize her, she ran away, with Mayor Goodway telling her it was her, but no luck. Now, Mayor Goodway was in trouble, she got herself a ride on Alex's trike and roll away from City Hall. Rubble knew he needed help getting her back to normal.

Ryder got Rubble's about Mayor Goodway as a frog, he summoned the pups to the Lookout. The pups entered the elevator, Marshall and Skye were doing leap frog, but Marshall bumped into the pups and said, "I guess I should've looked before I leap." As everyone was ready, Ryder told them about Mayor Goodway turned into a frog by the wishing well, it's up to them to find her and change her back into human. He hired Chase to use his vision goggles and tracking skills to see where the mayor has hidden, and Rubble to use his rig to lift the rock, and wish her back to herself. Then, they all deployed into their vehicles, and off they go save the frog mayor.

As they made it to City Hall, Chase started looking for Mayor Goodway. He used his heat goggles to look for clues, and then they found the mayor's hat. Then, Chase used his super sniffing to track her down. They spotted some small tire tracks on the ground. Ryder figured that Mayor Goodway is riding Alex's trike. He called Skye to search for Alex and his trike from the air.

For Alex, he was still triking down the street, until he heard a voice in his pail. As he saw Mayor Goodway as a frog, he thought she was a regular frog and got herself lost, so he started paddling to the pond. As he made it to the pond, he threw Mayor Goodway out of the pail and trike to Adventure Bay. Mayor Goodway wasn't enjoying being a frog, she couldn't stand eating a fly.

Skye found Alex heading away from the pond, Ryder and the other pups followed her. Once they find Alex, he told them that he took the frog mayor to the pond. Skye made it to the pond and found Mayor Goodway, but then, an eagle appeared. It saw the frog mayor, she hid in a flower, but the eagle took her with it. Ryder told Skye to let the eagle drop the mayor. Skye got the eagle's attention and it dropped the flower. Mayor Goodway used the flower as parachute to slow her fall down. Rubble made a puddle in his rig's scoop to catch Mayor Goodway. And then, the frog mayor is safe and sound.

As everyone brought Mayor Goodway back to City Hall, Rubble wished for her to turn back into human, and it worked. Rubble woke up from his dream, and he could see the same frog on the well. He heard Mayor Goodway's voice, he thought it was really her, but then realizes the mayor was still human, thanks his lucky stars.
