"Pups Save a Glow-in-the-Dark Party" is the second segment of the 14th episode in Season 8 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Ryder and the Pups race to save Mayor Goodway's Glow-in-the-Dark Party guests when a frightened alien boy zaps them into floating space bubbles.

Synopsis
Ryder and the pups are getting ready for a "Glow in the Dark Party" with various light up accessories and dance practice. However, unbeknownst to them, their friend the Space Alien has come for a visit, but is startled by Little Hootie and a set of glow in the dark glasses. He traps the bird in one of his bubbles, and soon does the same to Alex, Mr. Porter, Cap'n Turbot, and Mayor Humdinger after encountering them with glow in the dark attire as well. Mayor Goodway spots the distressed people and Little Hootie, and calls Ryder to alert him to the strange goings-on.
Ryder promptly summons the pups back to the Lookout, where Marshall is distracted by the alien's ship and trips on a toy ahead of his customary elevator crash. The pups, now in glow in the dark mission attire, are briefed by Ryder and quickly determine that the Space Alien must be responsible. Chase, in his spy gear, is paired with Chase to help rescue the various beings trapped in alien bubbles. Katie and Cali are next to be confined in this manner just before Ryder and the pups arrive on the scene.
Marshall and Chase quickly get to work rescuing the captives, but just as Marshall has rescued Hootie they encounter and startle the alien and are trapped in another bubble. Ryder and other freed captives soon find the alien and explain the situation to him, only to receive word that Marshall and Hootie have drifted out over the bay. Ryder promptly dispatches Skye to find and rescue them, but her helicopter's wind drives the bubble out of reach of her harness. Thinking quickly, Ryder directs Skye to push Marshall back towards town, and the alien heads up in his space ship and frees Marshall from the bubble, allowing Skye to rescue him.
With everyone saved, the Glow in the Dark Party is soon underway, with the alien now happily joining in on the festivities.
Pups in Action
First Responders
- Use his zipline and suction cups to pull down the alien’s space bubbles.
- Use his ladder to help free down those bubbles too.
Backup Responders
- Use her copter to bring Marshall in fast. Then, use her cable and harness to catch him.
- Once failed, use the wind from her copter blade to push the space bubble back towards town.
