"Pups Save a Lonely Ghost" is the second segment of the 12th episode in Season 9 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Rubble dreams that he meets a ghost and learns that it's not easy to help a ghost make new friends.

Synopsis
The PAW Patrol are spending the night on Adventure Bay's beach when Zuma requests a ghost story, spooking Rubble. He is then startled by a plastic bag which Rocky picks up before the pups go to sleep. Rubble then dreams of a ghost emerging from the plastic bag and introducing herself as Frankie, who wants to make friends but always scares people away. Rubble decides to help her in her efforts, but they end up sending the Flounder flying through the air after startling the giant sea slug.
Ryder is quick to summon the pups aboard the PAW Patroller, with Marshall tripping over a rock and tumbling into the other pups. Rubble is quick to bring everyone up to speed on what happened, and Ryder assigns Chase-using his spy gear-to locate the Flounder so that Rubble can tow it back to the bay on a trailer he'll also build. The Turbots, meanwhile, find their ship balanced precariously on the edge of a cliff, and frantically attempt to prevent it from toppling off the cliff. Locating the ship, Ryder quickly summons Skye to assist with the rescue.
Frankie also appears at the sight of the stranded Flounder, lamenting her role in the incident. Rubble soon pulls the Flounder to safety, but the PAW Patrol then receive a call that informs them that the sea slug is now crawling around on land after its fright. Ryder summons the rest of the pups to join the effort to lure the slug back into the sea, but the creature is too terrified to respond to their bait. Frankie then emerges, wanting to help rectify her actions, and Rubble hits upon the idea of scaring the sea slug back into the ocean. When the slug fails to respond to the small ghost, Rubble hits upon the idea of Frankie making herself bigger to scare the slug.
This effort works, and Frankie is also able to use her scaring skills to get Gustavo Goodway out of the slug's path as it makes its way back into the water. With the crisis resolved, Rubble and the PAW Patrol-and even Gustavo-announce that they are now Frankie's friends. Tired out, Rubble falls "asleep", only to wake up and find that he's been dreaming.
