"Pups Save a Manatee" is the first segment of the 10th episode in Season 6 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi need help from the PAW Patrol to get a manatee to the swamp.

Synopsis
The pups are all playing around the Lookout when Rocky arrives with personalized trashcans for each of them to use to play drums. Meanwhile, Farmer Al and Yumi are expecting the arrival of a new cow at their farm. However, when the delivery truck arrives, it proves to be carrying a sea cow, aka a manatee. Al dubs the new arrival Mindy, but Yumi is quick to point out that they need to take her to a habitat where she belongs.
The farmers' attempt to deliver Mindy to the swamp goes awry when Al takes a shortcut, swerves to avoid a skunk, and ends up with a flat tire. Yumi quickly calls the PAW Patrol for help, with Marshall-whose can has become stuck on his tail-bouncing into the elevator. Ryder chooses Chase and Rocky for the mission, counting on Chase's winch to tow the stranded farmers' truck to where Rocky can fix the tire. That done, Ryder and the two pups volunteer to escort the farmers ad their manatee the rest of the way.
Unfortunately, while driving up a winding mountain road, the trailer carrying Mindy comes loose from Al's truck. The PAW Patrol chases after it, with Ryder calling on Rubble to help stop the runaway transport. They succeed in saving her, but then discover that Mindy's take has become cracked, making getting her to the swamp even more urgent. All four PAW Patrol members and the farmers rush to the swamp as the crack spreads, only to find their way to the water blocked by a float of crocodiles.
Ryder then calls upon Skye to airlift Mindy, and she carries the manatee out of the tank just before the glass breaks and all the water leaks out. Mindy doesn't take to being airlifted well, and Chase is forced to deploy his net to insure her safety. She falls from Skye's harness but bounces on the net and into the swamp, quickly swimming of with a new manatee friend. Some time later, the farmers invite Ryder and the pups to meet their new land cow, whom Al dubs Mindy Moo.
