"Pups Save a Runaway Mayor" is the second segment of the 13th episode in Season 6 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Mayor Humdinger creates robotic pants to cheat at the Most Amazing Athlete Contest. They go haywire so the pups have to save a runaway mayor.

Synopsis
The pups and Ryder help to set up the course for Adventure Bay's Most Amazing Athelete Contest, which features such competitors as Francois, Alex, Katie, Ms. Marjorie, and Cap'n Turbot. While helping the Cap'n warm up, Marshall goes bouncing wildly on a yoga ball, much to the amusement of the other pups. Meanwhile, at Mayor Humdinger's lair, he dons his latest mischievous gadget, the Auto Pants, in preparation to cheat his way to victory in the contest. He soon uses them to race past Francois, only for them to be soaked when Cat Skye causes him to spill a smoothie he got from Mr. Porter.
The Auto Pants soon have Mayor Humdinger running out of control through Adventure Bay at speeds faster than cars and trucks, and he even falls down an open manhole into the sewer. He then runs out to Yumi's farm, prompting her to call Ryder and alert him to the situation; Al follows this up with his own report on seeing the mayor. Ryder calls the pups to the PAW Patroller, and Marshall ends up crashing into the pups after rolling along on a weight. Chase and Skye are chosen for the mission, him to clear a path for the out-of-control Mayor Humdinger while she lifts him off his feet with her harness.
Ryder and the pups arrive at the farm just in time to wrangle some sheep startled by Mayor Humdinger. Skye manages to save the mayor from running into a cliff, but he's running so fast that it's upsetting her copter's balance. Skye sets him down on a treadmill, but his speed is so great that he breaks the machine and races off into the nearby woods. Skye soon determines that Mayor Humdinger is heading straight for a bear cave, which Chase quickly blocks with his net.
Upon hearing from Skye that the Auto Pants are made out of metal, Ryder calls for Rubble to meet them with his electromagnet. He manages to snag the mayor after he's gone off the edge of a cliff, saving him from a rough landing. Mayor Humdinger then falls out of the Auto Pants, and then asks for a ride back to the race. After convincing Mayor Goodway to let him compete, Mayor Humdinger is pitted against the last remaining contestant: Ms. Marjorie. Despite expecting an easy win, Mayor Humdinger finds himself sore from his day's ordeal, and not only loses to Ms. Marjorie but is forced to chase the Catastrophe Crew in their kitten carrier.
