"Pups Save a Runaway Robo-Chicken Purse" is the first segment of the 24th episode in Season 10 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Digi and Tal's inventions to help a busy Mayor Goodway - a harness with robot hands and a self-propelled chicken purse - go haywire and lead to a wild woodland chase.

Synopsis
Mr. Porter is carrying some melons into his shop when Mayor Goodway, Julius, and Julia stop to lend a hand. At the same time, Marshall and Rocky are giving Chickaletta's statue a fresh coat of paint with assistance from Digi and Tal. Ms. Marjorie and Maynard then pass by on skateboards, colliding with the Goodways as they're talking with the pups and robots. Observing the mayor's activities, the pups and robots discuss the situation. When Marshall comments that the mayor could use "an extra pair of hands," the robots take off to help her.
To her surprise, Mayor Goodway is fitted with a harness that gives her four extending robot arms. Moreover, Digi and Tal have also built a gigantic mechanical purse that will follow her around on her errands. Initially excited, Mayor Goodway soon finds her new equipment hard to control. The problem escalates when the remote gets broken, and the Goodways find themselves unwilling passengers on the robo-purse as it rolls through and then out of town. Following her, Digi and Tal recognize the extreme situation and decided to call Ryder.
Ryder, overcoming his initial bafflement, calls the pups into the Lookout, with Marshall tripping on a bouncy ball on his way in. The fire pup, Marshall, and Rocky are chosen for the rescue mission, and they and Ryder soon link up with Digi and Tal in pursuit of the purse. Rocky climbs aboard Marshall's firetruck so he can ride the ladder to assist the Goodways. Meanwhile, Digi and Tal hop aboard Rocky's truck in hopes of also offering assistance.
As the mechanical arms lift Julius and Julia high above the ground, Ryder summons Skye to join the rescue. She soon takes Julius to safety, and Ryder has Tal make a gymnastics bar so that Julia can get back to the ground safely. Ryder then tasks Skye with taking the twins back to town while he and the others save Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta. Unfortunately, the robot arms complicate matters by picking up various forest animals as the purse speeds towards a waterfall.
Rocky takes back the wheel of his rig, and he and Marshall manage to bring the purse to a safe stop. The entire party then returns back to town, and Digi briefly contemplates assisting Mayor Goodway with some mechanical feet before reconsidering the matter.
