"Pups Save a Sweet Mayor" is the first segment of the 2nd episode in Season 8 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Encased in a huge chocolate bunny, Humdinger is carried away by hungry raccoons.

Synopsis
As Mayor Goodway is overseeing preparations for Adventure Bay's Easter Festival, she receives a decorative jeweled egg as a gift from the Princess of Barkingburg, who will be attending the event. Mayor Humdinger, overhearing that the card with the egg addresses Mayor Goodway as "the best mayor ever" objects to this and becomes determined to possess the gift himself. Meanwhile, at the Lookout, Ryder and the pups practice for the egg roll event taking place the next day. Back in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger fashions a giant chocolate bunny with space inside for him to hide in so that he can get close enough to the egg to steal it.
The Kitten Catastrophe Crew seal Humdinger inside the bunny and leave him outside Adventure Bay city hall before departing. However, a group of raccoons come across him and begin hauling the chocolate bunny off into the woods. Mayor Humdinger promptly calls Ryder for help, and he summons the pups into the Lookout. Chase, in his spy gear, and Skye are chosen as the pups for the mission, tasked with helping to locate the mayor and air lift him to safety.
Arriving in the woods, Ryder has Chase deploy his spy drone, while the raccoons begin biting into Humdinger's bunny. This causes it to go rolling and end up trapped in a gorge between two cliff walls. Ryder and the pups reach it, but as Skye is lowering her harness to rescue Mayor Humdinger the rising sun causes the bunny to melt so that it slides down into the gorge. Chase moves into position to save the mayor with his net, but the bunny bounces into the river at the bottom of the gorge.
Ryder quickly summons Zuma, who makes a failed attempt to land his buoy on the floating mayor. The river carries the chocolate-encased mayor out into Adventure Bay's namesake bay, where Skye blows it away from some rocks with her helicopter. A pair of dolphins begin circling the bunny, which is shattered when Zuma's buoy lands on it. As Zuma pulls Humdinger to safety, Rocky is called to clean up the remains of Humdinger's former prison.
The Princess of Barkingburg arrives for Adventure Bay's Easter Festival and parade. She then reveals that the egg she sent Mayor Goodway isn't made of real valuables, and contains only a marshmallow treat. Greatly disappointed by this after all his efforts to acquire the egg, Humdinger departs in a huff.
