"Pups Save a Talkative Mini Patrol" is the first segment of the 22nd episode in Season 10 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Alex dreams that his Mini Patrol animals can talk and they take the Bookmobile on a wild ride.

Synopsis
Ryder and the pups are enjoying "Read Your Favorite Book Week" at the Lookout, with Marshall having picked up a whole stack of books from the Bookmobile. Meanwhile, Alex is reading his own favorite book to the members of his Mini Patrol, only to find that the animals have no real interest. Alex becomes somewhat despondent at the realization that none of his friends can talk, and thus read, to him. He then dozes off while reading and soon finds himself in a dream in which Ms. Marjorie pulls up to Mr. Porter's cafe in the Bookmobile.
Alex returns a stack of books and then asks Ms. Marjorie about a book about whales, which she believes has been returned to a book box in Adventure Beach. Eager to read it again, Alex offers to retrieve it, but Ms. Marjorie declines based on the distance. She then goes inside to get Alex and his animal friends some treats. To Alex's surprise, Ms. Marjorie's pet raccoon Maynard starts speaking to him and is soon followed by the members of the Mini Patrol. Maynard offers to take the group to Adventure Beach, prompting Alex to call out to Ms. Marjorie for permission to take the Bookmobile. Not realizing that the boy is serious, Ms. Marjorie gives joking approval, only for Maynard and the Mini Patrol to take off.
Ms. Marjorie quickly alerts Ryder, and he calls the PAW Patrol into the Lookout. Marshall ends up tricking on a stack of books and carrying them with him into the elevator. Ryder briefs the pups and chooses Skye and Chase to assist him with finding and stopping the runaway Bookmobile. The situation grows even more dire as one of the stilts Maynard is using to reach the pedals of the Bookmobile breaks. As a result, the Bookmobile goes off the end of Adventure Beach Pier and ends up being swallowed by a whale that inexplicably begins flying away.
Informed of this by Skye, Ryder summons the Air Patroller and flies off after the whale, who also proves to be capable of speech. Upon learning that the whale is sleepy, Ryder deploys Marshall in flight gear and then contacts the Bookmobile on the radio. Ryder is surprised to hear that the Mini Patrol members can all talk and decides to see if they can sing a lullaby for the whale. Skye plays their performance over her helicopter speakers and makes the whale yawn, allowing Marshall to fly into the mouth.
Marshall takes the wheel of the Bookmobile, but the whale closes its mouth before he can drive out. However, when Maynard requests some food, Ryder is inspired and has Rocky retrieve some squid jerky. Eager to accept the treat, the whale opens its mouth wide, allowing Marshall to drive the Bookmobile out to where the Air Patroller can grab hold of it. Everyone is soon safely back on the ground, and a tired Alex falls asleep-only to wake up in the real world.
