"Pups Save the Balloon Pups" is the first segment of the 16th episode in Season 6 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Giant balloons have floated away from a parade and it's up to the pups to save the pup balloons, the parade and Mayor Humdinger!

Synopsis
Adventure Bay is holding a Big Balloon Parade, and the PAW Patrol bring their own giant-sized balloons into town before passing the handles over to Alex and several other children. Mayor Goodway and Cap'n Turbot contribute Chickaletta and Wally balloons, with the Cap'n noting that the weather for the parade looks to be perfect. Meanwhile, in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger has prepared his own balloon-shaped like himself, of course-while Ryder leaves to take photos from the Lookout. Mayor Humdinger then arrives in his balloon, which he pilots like an airship, and proceeds to bump the pups' balloons so that they float away.
Mayor Goodway calls Ryder to alert him to the problem, and Ryder promptly calls the pups to the Air Patroller. Marshall ends up riding a food cart to crash into his friends, who suit up in air rescue gear. Ryder decides to task each pup with rescuing their own balloon, with Marshall and Zuma being deployed first. Marshall goes to rescue his balloon from a pair of trees, fortunately managing to avoid disturbing a beehive with his water cannon wing. Zuma, meanwhile, uses his buoy to knock his balloon free from the Adventure Bay Ferris wheel.
Alex and the other kids are depressed by these developments, but Ryder calls to assure Mayor Goodway that he and the pups have things in hand. Skye retrieves her balloon from a cliff, Rocky gets his from the top of the lighthouse, and Chase rescues his from atop Farmer Al's silo. Rubble finds that his has become stuck in a train tunnel and manages to push in out of the way shortly before it would have been hti by a train. The pups bring their balloons back to the parade, while Mayor Humdinger's balloon is punctured by a seagull.
Spotting the out-of-control airship, Ryder calls on Rocky to hold the hole shut with his claw so that Ryder can reach the balloon in the Air Patroller. Mayor Humdinger, saved from his own antics, is then put to work filling up smaller balloons for the parade's attendees.

- Use his water jets to bump his balloon out of the tree.
- Use his buoy to knock his balloon loose.
- Rescue their balloons as soon as they spot them.
- Clip the tear from Mayor Humdinger's balloon, giving enough time for the Air Patroller to gain it under control.
