"Pups Save the Birdwatching Turbots" is the second segment of the 11th episode in Season 6 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Cap'n Turbot and Francois chirp for help when a bird watching contest leaves them up in the air.

Synopsis
The pups are playing Monkey in the Middle, only for Marshall to pop two of their balloons. Meanwhile, Cap'n Turbot comments on his cousin Francois' bird painting, only for Francois to criticize him for misidentifying the bird. The competitive cousins decide to hold a bird-spotting contest, with Mayor Goodway agreeing to act as judge and post their pictures on the big screen near town hall. As the pups get their last balloon stuck in a tree, the competition gets underway, with the two cousins rapidly collecting pictures of various birds.
While the pair are both zeroing in on the same blue-bellied roller, they bump into one another and drop their cameras. Cap'n Turbot then spots the birds nest on a limb and climbs out hoping to get a picture of the fledglings. Unfortunately, the branch begins to break, endangering the Cap'n and the family of birds. He puts in a call to Ryder, who chooses Marshall-who rides the pups' last deflating balloon into the elevator-and Rocky to assist in the rescue.
Marshall extends his ladder for Cap'n Turbot and climbs up it to help him down, only to slip after the mother bird lands on top of his helmet. Cap'n Turbot gets onto the ladder, but the birds' nest falls apart. Fortunately, Rocky puts the twigs into an old basket from his truck and rescues the fledglings, whom the pups relocate to a safe and stable ledge. Francois, meanwhile, has continued to photograph birds from his blimp, only to fall overboard and wind up hanging from it while attempting to photograph the fledglings.
Ryder calls Skye for help, and she drives a flock of pecking geese off of the blimp only for it to turn towards the cliff. She then saves Francois from a fall, and the Turbots head back to town hall for the result of the competition. To his chagrin, Francois discovers that he's been taking photographs with Cap'n Turbot's camera, resulting in the Cap'n getting more pictures to his total. He proposes a rematch, but the pair's attempt to be the first to take a picture of Chickaletta results in a tie.
