"Pups Save the Hum-Mover" is the second segment of the 2nd episode in Season 5 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
When Mayor Humdinger pretends to break his toe so he can win a race, the PAW Patrol build him a Hum-Mover.

Synopsis
The PAW Patrol was setting up an obstacle course for a mayor fitness race. Mayors Goodway and Humdinger were the contestants. Humdinger was still a sneaky mayor and he planned to cheat, so he can win. Both mayors would have to do whatever to do for after whoever wins the race. The race started, but nobody noticed that the Kitten Catastrophe Crew was trying to slow Mayor Goodway down for Mayor Humdinger to win. But Goodway didn’t give up and was now in the lead, but then, Humdinger came up with an idea. He started to fake a fall and hurt his toe. Mayor Goodway believed that he was hurt, so she disqualified herself out of the race leaving people shocked.
Mayor Goodway asked Ryder if he and the pups could heal Mayor Humdinger and Ryder summons the pups to the PAW Patroller. Marshall got himself inside a hay bale and crashed into the other pups. As the pups geared themselves, Ryder told them about Humdinger feeling injured. He knew Humdinger wouldn't be able to move around, so he hired Marshall to the toe to see if it is broken, and Rocky to build Humdinger a special transportation unit so he can get around until his toe heals. After everyone was ready, they deploy their vehicles and off they go to heal Humdinger.
The PAW Patrol arrives and Rocky and Ryder started building a transportation for Mayor Humdinger, while Marshall's taking care of him. Marshall was going to examine his toe, but Humdinger wasn't letting him. So, Marshall bandage it up for him. Rocky and Ryder finished with the transportation, known as Hum-Mover. It rolls and has a comfy foot rest to keep his toe up. Humdinger hopped on and he thought the Hum-Mover would be more helpful. So, he started to roll away.
Humdinger started asking Mr. Porter for lemonade, and took a whole basket of butter tarts from Ms. Marjory. Then, he asked Katie for a new carrier for his kittens. His Hum-Mover was moving slow, he came up with an idea as he was heading back to Foggy Bottom. At his lair, his kittens upgraded the Hum-Mover with a booster for going faster, an umbrella for shade, and gimme grabber hand. He knew faking a broken toe would help, so he rolled off to get more favors and gifts. But, when he turned on his booster, he started spinning out of control, and his grabbing hand picked up Maynard for a ride.
Ms. Marjory called Ryder for a rescue, Ryder asked the pups to come with him to save Mayor Humdinger. Skye spotted Humdinger from her copter, and Ryder asked Chase to use his net to stop the Hum-Mover. Along the way, Mayor Humdinger picked up a bunny. Chase let out his net, but the Hum-Mover bounced off and picked up a skunk, and now they're heading for a river. Ryder called Rubble and Zuma for more help. Rubble started to make a barricade with hay. As Ryder and the other pups reached the Hum-Mover, Chase got the bunny, Skye saved the skunk, and Marshall saved Maynard, but Mayor Humdinger accidentally grabbed Marshall onboard. Then, he pressed the ejection button, letting him and Marshall launch off the Hum-Mover. Luckily, the Hum-Mover stopped, and Zuma saved Marshall and Humdinger with his buoy.
After the rescue, Mayor Goodway and Ms. Marjory arrived. Humdinger showed his fake broken toe, Goodway knew he cheated, so she ordered him to clean the Chickaletta statue. Everyone thanked the PAW Patrol for their help, and Ryder said, "Whenever you have a Hum-Mover problem, just yelp for help." Then, Ms. Marjory presented the pups with treats.
