"Pups Save the Kitties and the Kiddies" is the first segment of the 22nd episode in Season 8 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Mayor Humdinger babysits his new friend's children, but trouble arises when they start feuding with his kitties.

Synopsis
The pups are enjoying time with Ryder at the Lookout when Mayor Humdinger comes to them for, of all things, advice. It turns out he's made friends with a woman named Cassie and volunteered to watch her children, Eddie and Emmy. However, Humdinger has no idea how to take care of children, but in spite of this rejects the pups' suggestions as to how he might entertain his guests. Mayor Humdinger is soon showing the two around his lair, but Eddie and Emmy prove even more troublesome than the Kitten Catastrophe Crew.
When Cassie gives Mayor Humdinger a call to check in, he decides to follow the pups' advice after all and take Eddie and Emmy to Al and Yumi's farm to meet their animals. However, the two children find the animals scary, rather than appealing, especially after the kittens plant some pup treats in Eddie and Emmy's back pockets. The animals are soon chasing the kids into the woods, prompting Mayor Humdinger to call Ryder for help. As the pups head into the Lookout, Marshall slips on a bowler hat the pups were using for a dress-up game. Ryder selects Chase to help gather and calm both children and animals, while Rubble is chosen to build a pen so they can corral the farm creatures.
The PAW Patrol soon catch up to the animals and get them settled in a temporary pen before heading off in search of Eddie and Emmy. Mayor Humdinger reaches the pair first, and soon discovers the trick his kittens pulled on his charges. However, the odor of the treats soon draws in a bear, prompting the children and kittens to flee into a cave where they fall into a hole. Mayor Humdinger, meanwhile, is chased up a tree by the bear, though Ryder and the pups arrive in time to help out.
Ryder summons Skye to help out, and Mayor Humdinger ditches the treats he took from Eddie and Emmy in order to get the bear to stop following him. With both mayor and bear safely on the ground, Ryder and Chase head into the cave and use Chase's winch to tow everyone to safety. Cassie calls again to check on the mayor, but before he can confess that things haven't been going well, Eddie and Emmy surprise the mayor by expressing that they're quite happy with how things have gone. However, Cassie is less than pleased when the children mention a cave, prompting Mayor Humdinger to end the call before expressing his gratitude to the PAW Patrol for their help.
