"Pups Save the Pup Pup Boogie Contest" is the second segment of the first episode in Season 9 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Francois' hot-air balloon goes out of control before the Pup Pup Boogie Contest; the Pups, with Liberty, race to the rescue.

Synopsis
Adventure Bay is holding a big Pup Pup Boogie competition, and many people are completing, including Cap'n Turbot, Ms. Marjorie, and Mayor Goodway, but even more important, they are holding the competition for Liberty, who soon arrives, ready to show her stuff in the competition, having been practicing a lot for it, impressing everyone with her moves. The competition soon gets underway, and it is clear that Skye and Liberty are the best so far.
However, during Liberty's turn, a crow that snatched one of Francois' popcorn pieces, ruptures his balloon, causing it to fly haphazardly out of control. Liberty takes notice and orders the competition halted, as Francois damages the jumbotron keeping track of scores, before snagging the disco ball on his basket as his balloon soon flies off towards the mountains. Ryder quickly calls the pups to the Lookout for their assignment. With the usual Marshall shenanigans and with Liberty floating on a balloon to the Lookout.
Once there, he assigns Rocky and Rubble to repair the jumbotron to resume the competition, while Liberty and Skye would search for Francois. The team deploys and splits off to carry out their duties.
While Ryder stays with Rubble and Rocky while they do their repairs, Skye and Liberty try to look for Francois, but are unable to after the sun goes down and it gets dark. However, noticing the full moon, and remembering that Francois snagged the disco ball during his wild ride, on Ryder's suggestion, Skye uses her goggles to look for any reflection of moonlight that might locate the disco ball. When she sees the glint from the disco ball, she and Liberty find Francois' crashed balloon, but no sign of him.
Skye airlifts Liberty into the air, but the wind is getting stronger and making it harder for Skye to maintain control of her helicopter. Hearing Francois' cries from under the balloon, Liberty is dropped off and finds Francois in a hole underneath the canvas. Skye lowers her harness down to lift Francois out, but when the wind causes problems again, Liberty is able to use her Pup Pup Boogie skills to nimbly jump her way up and out of the hole, into Francois' arms so Skye can carry them both back to solid ground. Ryder headed over once the repairs to the jumbotron were finished, and its mission accomplished for everyone.
Back at the competition, Francois shows off some photos of him with Liberty and being allowed to sit on her bike to Cap'n Turbot, and with the competition back on, the finalists are Skye and Liberty. Both show off everything they've got as the other pups, Ryder, and the crowd cheer them on, and when it is over, Mayor Goodway declares both of them winners as the scoreboard shows they tied for the win. Francois asks for a selfie with the girls, but Cap'n Turbot decides to photo bomb it by sliding in behind Skye and Liberty just before Francois takes the shot, ending the episode on that note.
