"Pups Save the Shivering Sheep" is the second segment of the 21st episode in Season 4 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Farmer Al's sheep run away, and Mayor Humdinger's kittens go missing.

Synopsis
It started at Katie's Pet Parlor, Zuma, Marshall, and Rocky were sending some cozy clothes for Katie's clothing drive. Even Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta were sending their sweaters. She told everyone that Farmer Al will be making more sweaters for everyone after he sheered his sheep. And, Katie told the pups how the wool was made, that sheep grows wool the farmer sheers off, a machine twists the wool into yarn, and yarn is knit into sweaters. Rocky told everyone that he and Ryder had made a new sheep sheering machine for Farmer Al to make lots of sweaters for everyone.
At Farmer Al's farm, Mayor Humdinger and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew arrived on their kitty carrier for some milk. Before, he could started, the mayor asked about the new machine, and Farmer Al said it was the new sheep sheering machine Ryder and Rocky made for him. It was a little chilly for the sheep, so Farmer Al had to do a short trim. As he set the machine to medium trimming, he turned it on for some demonstration. The machine's claw came out and picked up some grass to lure the sheep inside. Then, the machine sheered the sheep's wool off and the sheep comes out after. After the sheering, the machine also twisted the wool into yarn, and of course, there are six different buttons to help choose which color the yarn should be. All the six buttons have all six colors of the rainbow. Then, the yarn is ready to knitted into clothes.
After the demonstration of the machine, Farmer Al and Humdinger went to pick up the milk. The mayor's kittens saw a ball of yarn, they got out of the carrier and began to play with it because cats love to play with yarn. But then, they threw into the sheep's drinking pen, making the yarn too wet to play with. The kittens had gotten themselves an idea get more balls of yarn by using Farmer Al's machine. Cat Rocky sets it on high to get all the wool off of the sheep and turned it on. By sheep by sheep, the kittens took all the wool off of nearly every sheep and got a few in different colors on their bodies. And, as they were still messing with the machine, the yarn balls clogged their exit, it made the machine go haywire, and popped out a super big ball of yarn. The ball cracked a big hole in the fence and rolled away, the kittens chased after it. Cats Chase, Marshall, and Rocky climbed on, but now, they were in big trouble rolling the ball. The rest of the kittens got tired of running and walked back to the farm. When Farmer Al and Humdinger came back with milk, they discovered the machine broken, the sheep on the loose and three of the kittens missing. Farmer Al was gonna call the PAW Patrol, before Humdinger snatched his phone and called.
At the Lookout, the pups were still donating clothes to Katie's clothing drive. Ryder got Farmer Al and Mayor Humdinger's call about the mess at the farm. As he summoned the pups to the Lookout out, Marshall was carrying and wearing clothes at the same time, the winter hats got him blindfolded, he bumped into his pup friends inside the elevator. As everyone got geared up, Ryder told the pups about the sheep on the loose and three mischievous kittens missing, it's up to them to round up the sheep and find the kitties. He hired Chase to use his megaphone and cones to herd the sheep, then his detective skills to find the kittens, and Rocky use his tools to fix the fence, so the sheep won't get away again. After everyone was ready and got into their vehicles, they drove off to Farmer Al's to find the kittens and save the shivering sheep.
As the PAW Patrol arrived, Chase started herding the sheep with his cones and megaphone, then Rocky started fixing the fence. Farmer Al explained about the situation, and Mayor Humdinger was mistaking that his sheep scared his kittens away. After Chase rounded up the sheep, the sheep that were bold and colored were getting cold. Luckily, Ryder gave Rocky a secret job before he left. Chase's cat allergy had found the scent of Humdinger's kittens, and Ryder had found a string of yarn hanging on the fence.
For the lost kittens, they were still rolling on the big ball of yarn. And, the ball rolled off an edge of a cliff at a canyon, it was falling. But, a yarn string from the ball caught a tree branch, making the ball bungee up and down. Ryder and Chase were following the scent of the kittens, found more yarn strings, and reached the canyon. Then, they found the kittens on the bungee yarn ball. The branch holding the ball's was gonna break off any minute, the kittens could get hurt. Ryder called Skye to come over. Skye made it to the canyon, she needs to stop the yarn ball from bungees and her timing has to be perfect. As the ball bounces up, Skye got on time, she used her copter blade to cut off the string, then her hook to lift the ball up towards the edge. The kittens were saved on time.
As the PAW Patrol brought the kittens back to Mayor Humdinger, Cat Rocky turned on the machine again, but this time, he grabbed Humdinger's top hat and sheered it into yarn. The machine was still working for Farmer Al to make more yarn. For the shivering sheep, they were wearing sweaters and winter hats to stay warm since Rocky asked Katie to bring in the clothes.
