Synopsis

Out on Farmer Yumi's farm, all of the pups partake in the Super Farm Fair with Zuma and Marshall exploring, Skye and Rubble watching Super Squirrelly Whirly, and Rocky and Chase accompanying Farmer Al to see his new remote-controlled super tractor in action. Meanwhile, after Mayor Goodway finishes setting up the Super Cow Contest, Farmer Yumi brings over Bettina, who is dressed up as Super Squirrelly Whirly, followed by Winnie Winnington and her champion cow, Moona Lisa, who is also dressed as the aforementioned super hero. After the two cows meet and nuzzle noses, Winnie scolds Moona and forbids her to become friends with their competition, which leads to Moona to breaking the corral, allowing Farmer Yumi's animals to escape, and running off with Bettina. With all of the animals now missing, Farmer Yumi calls the PAW Patrol for help.

Back at the Lookout, after receiving Farmer Yumi's call, Ryder summons the PAW Patrol to the Lookout, where, after a Marshall-hay-bale wipe-out, they are suited up in their standard gear and briefed on the rescue mission. He assigns Rocky and Chase as first responders and sets off with them for Farmer Yumi's farm. Once there, Rocky replaces the broken fence planks with old oars and secures them in place with his screwdriver. After that, Chase sniffs out the animals, finding them into various areas in town, and herds all of them back to the farm alongside Ryder.

With only the cows still missing, Chase sniffs around the farm until he picks up their scent and finds them hiding near a bunch of hay bales. Startled, the two run away and leap onto Farmer Al's super tractor, accidentally activating its control panel in the process, which speeds away toward town with the cows still onboard. Farmer Al tries to override the controls with the remote, but due to the tractor being too far away, it loses connection. While in pursuit of the tractor alongside Chase, Ryder calls Skye, who flies in with Rocky, for backup. After using her goggles to locate the cows, she lowers Rocky close enough for him to use the remote and shut down the engine. The tractor briefly stops, only to continue rolling down from the top of a hill. Chase uses his paintball launcher to coax the cows into leaping off of the tractor before launching his net to stop it from running into traffic.

Back at the farm, Farmer Yumi and Winnie Winnington, albeit in a boastful manner, thank the PAW Patrol for rescuing their cows before the super cow contest commences. To get a clear video of Moona Lisa, Winnie climbs on top of a hay bale, which rolls into the obstacle course and leaves her dangling from a moon-shaped platform. Moona Lisa, followed by Bettina, immediately rushes through the course and leaps over the platform, rescuing Winnie. Together, she and Bettina cross the finish line at the same time, resulting in both getting their picture taken and displayed on the billboard above the farm's silo.
