"Pups Save the Treasure Cruise" is the first segment of the 9th episode in Season 8 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Mayor Humdinger tricks people to sail icy waters in search of an Antarctic treasure but all need rescuing when they get stranded on shore.

Synopsis
Rocky, Marshall, and Everest are helping Mayor Goodway prepare for her imminent trip to the Antarctic for a treasure hunt, unaware that she and several others have been conned into helping Mayor Humdinger in his search for "the Lost Treasure of Snowhere." However, the disguised Humdinger soon arouses Mayor Goodway's suspicions, and she, Uncle Otis, Mr. Porter, and Alex soon discover his true identity and the presence of the Kitten Catastrophe Crew. Unfortunately, while they are confronting the mayor, his boat ends up crashing into some ice chunks and it begins to sink. Mayor Goodway quickly calls Ryder, who is watching as Everest and the other pups are playing a game with an ice block.
The pups are summoned to the PAW Patroller, and Marshall slips on the ice block and crashes into the other pups. Rocky is called upon to repair the ship, which Everest will pull into shore using the grapple on her snowcat. As the stranded passengers are awaiting the PAW Patrol, Mayor Humdinger goes off with a map and no safety gear to search for the treasure. The PAW Patroller soon arrives, and when Rubble determines the extent of the damage Everest launches a grapple line to the ship that Ryder then attaches to the Patroller so that the ship can be pulled into shore.
Rocky begins repairing the large hole in the ship, and Ryder is then informed of Mayor Humdinger's departure. Skye soon locates him hacking into an ice wall on a mountain using her PAW Patroller screen, and everyone fears that he'll trigger an avalanche. Sure enough, just as the PAW Patrol arrive, chunks of ice begin falling, forcing Humdinger to dive through an entrance he opened into an ice cave. He then spots a treasure chest encased in ice and begins recklessly carving away at it, threatening the stability of the cave.
With the ice being too thick for Rubble's rig, Ryder decides to use the PAW Patroller itself as a ram to smash open a hole. Mayor Humdinger is forced to abandon the treasure chest as the cave collapses around him and returns to the ship to board it with his passengers. This time around, Mayor Goodway takes the wheel, and Mayor Humdinger's distress only deepens when the treasure chest reappears in the possession of several penguins.
