"Pups and the Kitty-tastrophe" is the first segment of the 3rd episode in Season 1 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
Ryder and the PAW Patrol save a missing kitty from the bay, only to watch her create mayhem on land. Marshall finally saves her from high atop City Hall! The kitty's owner is overjoyed that Ryder and the PAW Patrol returned her precious pet!

Synopsis
Rubble and Chase are playing frisbee on the beach when they hear a meow from nearby. The source proves to be a small kitten floating on the bay in a toy boat, slowly drifting away from shore. After briefly pursuing the kitten, they head to the Lookout to inform Ryder. He summons the rest of the pups, who were playing jump rope at the playground. Marshall gets tangled in the rope, and then runs up the wall of the elevator when he and the pups reach the Lookout.
Ryder holds a debriefing, and selects Zuma and Skye to join him for this particular rescue. The three head out onto/over the bay in pursuit of the kitten, picking her up shortly before she floats into Seal Island. Unfortunately, she reacts violently to Zuma's presence, scaring him out of his hovercraft. The kitten then ends up at the controls of the rescue vehicle, and Ryder and the pups chase her. Ryder eventually leaps onto the craft while Zuma steers his vehicle.
Rubble brings the kitten to the pet parlor for a bath, but ignores Katie's warnings and ends up chasing the unnerved cat around the business. Ryder and Chase, following him there, get a call from Rocky about a little girl whose kitten, Precious, is missing. The kitten ends up riding Rubble's skateboard out of the parlor and down the street past Ryder and Chase. She spooks Mr. Porter, and though he avoids her he still ends up ruining a cake he was carrying to his delivery van.
Having lost sight of Precious, Rubble suggest Chase sniff her out, providing a ribbon that was tied to her so Chase can get her scent. They track her to city hall, where Precious is hanging from the bell rope. Ryder promptly summons Marshall to rescue her with his ladder, though the attempt goes awry when the kitten leaps onto the Dalmatian's face. Rocky arrives on the scene with Precious' owner, and Precious bounces into her arms after landing on the belly of Marshall, who fell into Ryder's arms. After saying goodbye to their new little friend, the pups return to the Lookout, where they enjoy some pup treats and another game of jump rope.
