"Rescue Wheels: Pups Save the Runaway Truck" is the second segment of the second episode in Season 11 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
When Boomer's monster truck stunt goes wrong, he's left dangling from a drawbridge while his monster truck goes without a driver.

Synopsis
While skateboarding through Adventure Bay, Danny loses control and crashes into a bush outside Katie's Pet Parlor, where he meets Roxi and takes a selfie with her. As soon as she leaves, Boomer rushes over and takes one with Danny as well, losing interest upon hearing Roxi being his favorite monster trucker. However, just before he leaves, Danny, believing he's preparing for an extreme monster truck stunt involving a jump over the drawbridge with fireworks, asks if can tag along to livestream the stunt, which Boomer agrees to and encourages. After giving Cletus a fake ticket for a free lunch at Mr. Porter's cafe and raising the drawbridge for the stunt, Frank rejoins Boomer, who explicitly tells him to push the fireworks button after making the jump off the drawbridge. However, while in midair, Frank covers his eyes and accidentally presses the ejector seat, launching Boomer out of the truck. As Boomer is left dangling from his parachute on the bridge while Frank is stuck in the runaway monster truck, Danny calls the PAW Patrol for help.
Ryder receives the call while exiting Mr. Porter's cafe and summons the PAW Patrol to the Rescue Wheels HQ, where, after a Marshall wipe-out and transformation sequence, they are suited up in their Rescue Wheels gear and briefed on their mission. He assigns Chase and Roxi as first responders before setting off with them for the drawbridge. Once there, while Chase and Ryder follow after the truck, Roxi uses her sticky star tires to cling to the underside of the bridge, and her suction cup to pull Boomer into her vehicle. Meanwhile, after catching up to the runaway truck and Danny, who reveals Frank is unable to drive, Chase uses his tennis ball launcher to push a fallen tree out of the way. He then approaches Frank with his megaphone and tells him to stop the vehicle by hitting the brakes. Unfortunately, Frank hits every button except the brakes and accidentally activates the slippery oil pipes, causing the vehicle to spin out-of-control, before flying out the window. He lands onto Danny and covers his face, obscuring his vision as they head toward a cliff.
With two emergencies on their hands, the team split up. Marshall, who Ryder called in as backup, uses his water cannon to douse Danny's jet pack, allowing Chase to rescue him and Frank with his winch just as they fall off the cliff. Back at the drawbridge, after Ryder calls Skye in for backup, Roxi uses her battering ram to knock down a sign as a ramp, sending Boomer's truck over the vehicles lined up at the raised bridge and toward the river, where it is caught by Skye's hook just as it nears the water. Once everyone regroups, Danny thanks the Rescue Wheels for the extreme rescues and shows off his livestream, which ended up recording all of Frank's stunts instead of Boomer's. After Danny and the pups gather around Frank, Ryder takes a picture, in which everyone except Boomer smile for the camera.
