"Sea Patrol: Pups Save Tilly Turbot" is the first segment of the 13th episode in Season 5 of PAW Patrol.
Summary
The PAW Patrol must rescue Cap'n Turbot and Francois' Grandma Tilly after she rides off on a dolphin.

Synopsis
It started out in the bay, Cap'n Turbot and Francois were visited by their grandmother, Tilly Turbot. And, they're exploring the around the ocean on the Flounder. Cap'n Turbot had baked some sugar cookies that shaped and were decorated to look like Tilly, and Francois had sewed a big quilt for her with her face in the middle. Then, Cap'n Turbot started singing a melody for his grandma, and Francois showed her a dance performed by some penguins. But unfortunately, both Turbots were fighting over their gifts for their grandma. Tilly was both sad and disappointed, all she wants is some quiet time with her grandsons. While the Turbot cousins were still fighting, a dolphin appeared out of the water. Tilly came by to see it, and as she was close, the dolphin asked for a ride, which she accepts as she jumped onto it and swam away. Right after the fight, the Turbots discovered their grandmother gone. Wally points them to her on a dolphin. As they saw her on a dolphin, they thought she could be in trouble, as Cap'n Turbot began to call the PAW Patrol.
Meanwhile, at Adventure Beach, the pups were doing some surfing, but Chase was on lifeguard duty. Zuma and Rubble performed with their own surfing stunts. Marshall was about to do some surfing, but a crab was in the way, causing him to jump over Rubble's board and land on the water. For Ryder, he was watching the pups doing some surfing, until he got Cap'n Turbot's call about his grandmother riding on a dolphin that she might need help. Ryder says they're on their way to help as he calls for the pups to the Beach Tower HQ. As the pups were heading to the tower, Marshall accidentally jumped onto Rubble and Zuma's surf boards, surfing on the sand, and bumped into the other pups. He even made up a joke about it after he crashed. "Well, you never get "board" when I'm around." The pups entered the Beach Tower and got geared up in their lifeguard clothes. Ryder told them about Tilly Turbot riding on a dolphin that she needs to get back on the Flounder safe and sound. He hired Chase to ride on his police raft and use his launcher to launch some squid jerky to lure the dolphin back to the Flounder, and Zuma to ride on his sub to ride close to the dolphin, in case Tilly falls off. As everyone was ready, they boarded the Sea Patroller, loaded it up with all the boats, subs, and a sea plane for the mission, and Robo-Dog drove the Sea Patroller out to sea.
Tilly Turbot was still riding on the dolphin, but the dolphin wasn't turning back to the Flounder. Back at the Flounder, Cap'n Turbot and Francois were blowing up some balloons, hopefully to lure the dolphin towards their ship. Cap'n Turbot has shrimp balloons, while Francois has crab balloons instead. But then, they noticed the Sea Patroller was there already. Ryder called to Tilly on his megaphone to let her know they're here to help her. Chase and Zuma rode on their sea vehicles to help. Chase had launched some squid jerky close to the Flounder, so the dolphin could head back to the Flouder. Zuma followed along side, in case Tilly slips. The dolphin starts to pounce for the squid jerky, causing Tilly to fall off, but Zuma caught her on time, and she surfs on it.
After Tilly was saved, Zuma brought her back to the Flounder, Cap'n Turbot threw a rope line for her to grab onto, and Francois threw a buoy to her to be better, but Tilly got back onboard by climbing on the boat's ladder. Francois showed his grandmother the crab balloons he blew up for her, and Cap'n Turbot showed her the shrimp balloons. They started arguing again, and as they were arguing, they were holding onto their balloons, causing both Turbots to float towards the clouds. Ryder saw them floating up, he hired Skye to ride on her sea plane to rescue them.
Cap'n Turbot and Francois were still arguing over their balloons, until they noticed they are floating to the sky. They started to apologize to each other for all the trouble and fighting they caused. Then suddenly, seagulls started popping the balloons. Skye made it and activated her sea plane scoop to pick them up. She only has to make two trips because her scoop has room for only one person. She picked up Francois first, but before she could bring him down, Cap'n Turbot's balloons popped and he started to fall down. Ryder saw him falling, everyone needed to catch him fast. Tilly let them use her quilt Francois made for her, and Chase zip-lined towards the Flounder to assist her. With some help from the penguins too, Tilly and Chase used the quilt as a net to catch Cap'n Turbot, and Cap'n Turbot was saved at last.
The Turbots thank the Sea Patrol for saving them, and once again, Ryder said, "Whenever you're in trouble, just yelp for help." The Turbots were almost about to argue again, but Tilly started snack time. She presented some Shrimp salad and crab cakes. Tilly was finally happy to have a better quiet time with her grandsons.
