Sheila Rogerson (formerly known as Sheila Dinsmore in the credits) is a writer for PAW Patrol. Her first contribution to the series was writing an episode for Season 1. After many, many years, it was revealed in 2023 that she would be returning to write for the series, contributing to one or more episodes in Season 11.
Biography
Sheila Rogerson is an award-winning screenwriter / showrunner of both animated and live-action series. In the kids space, she has developed and/or story edited several shows, including "Millie Magnificent", "Mia & Codie", two seasons of "Max & Ruby", Nickelodeon's "Corn & Peg", "Rob the Robot", Disney's "Ella the Elephant", "Chirp" and PBS' "Caillou". Sheila has written for over 75 series, including "Paw Patrol", "Builder Brothers Dream Factory", "Mighty Express", "Corn and Peg", "Alma's Way", "Bubble's Hotel", "Floogals", "Kate & Mim-Mim", "Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That", "Imagination Movers", "Super Why", "Julius Junior", "Nina's World", "Stella and Sam", "Franny’s Feet", and "Harry’s Bucket Full of Dinosaurs".
Sheila has been nominated for an Emmy award for her work on "The Save-Ums", a Gemini award for "BusyTown Mysteries", and has won both an EMA and a Genesis award for her work on the Disney hit series, "Handy Manny". She was recently nominated for an Emmy award in the Outstanding Writing for a Preschool Animated Program category, for the series "Alma's Way" (2022).
Sheila is Writer/Producer for THE DOGS, a psychological thriller and feature film adaptation based on the award winning novel - currently in production (2022). She also has experience with web3/blockchain technology, generative NFTs and coding for kids.
