"The Crew & Marshall Build a Fire Station" is the 11th episode in Season 1 of Rubble & Crew.

Summary

Rubble and Crew build Builder Cove's first ever Fire Station, complete with an inspection from PAW Patrol's Marshall; when Speed Meister's sneaky sabotage traps Marshall's Fire Truck, the pups work together to put out a fire construction-style.

Synopsis

Rubble and his family are driving through Builder Cove wondering what Mayor Greatway wishes of them to build, when they meet up with Camila, who is restoring a fire truck for them, causing the team to realize Greatway wanted them to build a fire station for Builder Cove. And right on cue, Marshall comes screaming into town in his Ultimate Fire Truck with his lights blazing and siren wailing, getting a chance to meet Rubble's cousins, and reveals he intends to dub someone to be Volunteer Fire Captain for Builder Cove. As the team heads back to the Bark Yard to get supplies, Speed Meister has plans to ensure he is Volunteer Fire Captain.

Once they got their supplies, Rubble's family and Marshall get to work building the new fire station. However, once the frame is up, Marshall is offered to help them put in the brickwork, and soon the fire station exterior is completed. They then work on the interior, and soon have it completed, just as Greatway arrives to see it, and Marshall is given a tour of the new firehouse.

Marshall checks out the interior and everything being up to code and his satisfaction, and then backs the Ultimate Fire Truck in to make sure the clearance is good. Once it is safely inside, he gives the station his green light to be ready for duty. As they step outside, Speed Meister makes his move to sabotage the fire station, whipping up some cement to seal the garage door so it can't open, and then takes off with some turnout gear as well.

Omar then calls in to report a fire in the woods, but when the gang try to open the door, Speed Meister's sabotage has jammed it, leaving them in a tough situation if Marshall can't get his Ultimate Fire Truck out. Speed Meister offers his truck, but when Greatway mentions a real fire, Speed Meister seems nervous upon hearing that, but then quickly takes his leave to help Omar and his family. Meanwhile, with Marshall's Ultimate Fire Truck inaccessible, Rubble & Crew offer their vehicles to help instead, and Marshall hops aboard Mix's vehicle before they set off to help Omar and his family.

As Omar and his family await rescue, Speed Meister arrives to help, but thanks to his inability on how to fight fires, he ends up overloading his Speedy-Mobile and it breaks down, stranding him with Omar and his family. Thankfully, Rubble & Crew arrive with Marshall, and they get to work with fighting the fire. Marshall and Mix soon have it extinguished and buried under dirt to keep the ashes from reigniting, while the rest of the team clear the way until they reach a river, where Speed Meister tries to use his Speedy-Mobile to cross, but gets stuck. Luckily, Motor figures out a construction solution to get everyone across with knocking down a couple of trees to make a bridge, and rescues Speed Meister and Mr. McTurtle as well. However, when Speed Meister complains about them saving the day, he blows the truth about having sabotaged the fire station, and in defeat, he leaves after apologizing for it.

Back at the station, Rubble gets rid of the cement with his jackhammer, and the door is soon repaired and restored to service, allowing Marshall to drive the Ultimate Fire Truck back out of the station. Later, Marshall dubs Motor the new Volunteer Fire Captain, and joins Rubble and his cousins in their celebratory wiggle and wag, though he once again has a klutz attack and crashes into Motor's cousins, but they're alright, sharing a laugh to end the episode.
